I don't agree with your third point. We may miss a good and potential startup up we ignore new project. If we invest in a good startup the profit we receive will much bigger than an old project. It's  the truth in both crypto market and in real life. Smart investors prefer new good project than old project.

How can we know if the new project is better than the old project? while the old project has been developed first, in this case I think investors will also consider it, it's up to you whether you want to agree or not on the third point, because everyone has their own assessment for themselves.

I was also an investor in 2017, I was quite successful because most alts pumped very hard. At that time, my investment mind was to invest in technology and want to hold it for long. but 2018 made me lose everything and now I realize, there is no technology or product to make the project better. It all depends on the crowd and how the project team leads their community. Therefore, I only invest in teams that have good project planning and fomo ability. Those are really good projects to invest in, like Egretia. It looks a lot like a scam but I like it because I am profitable.

It's the major points in considering and starting to invest. People must find a way to educate themselves and not all the time people they know will give them they want. This is the key point of any business, If any project have a great idea this will cover many flaws but if your business product will be ordinary than it will be very tough to make a successful business. So when you hunt a project for investment you should concern about it.

Project Team
After product importance for a business the second important point is team of the platform, which can do anything with their hard working and capability the have. As per the suggestion i recommend you to be informed about TEAM before you select any coin for invest.

Previous History
Specially in trading market we are knew about how important is trading history chart, Which is our basic tool for estimating where is coin and wha was its milestone . Finally after considering above stated both points you could not skip trading chart studing before selection of coin which you desired to add your portfolio .


I think if you will consider my suggestion which i break in three points and then you decide your next move, I can assure you this will not lead you to a dead end, But if you will be patient and trust your decision you will not Regret ever.  

Finally i am requesting to my seniors or any single one point out or add point for make its more fool proof plan for any investor in the WORLD.

It is a safe investment option in this market. You will never lose too much if you invest in the top altcoins in this market. But you also won't have too much profit when the pump arrives, so you need to choose altcoins outside the top 10 to increase your chances of making a profit.

These 3 steps which you have shared is also important while investing, that doesn't mean 3 steps are enough for investing, but it is just part of the learning of investing. We should make these things before deciding to invest in any project. However, it is so important to know everything about the project, which you want to invest in. There are a lot of ways to learn to invest, as you above mentioned some of them learn from their own mistakes, but the forum is also good way to learn from other's experiences.

Before investing we need to do an extensive research about the things to look for, just like what op stated. But we need to dig deeper to determine if the project they are proposing is true, scammers are smart as well to make a project with a convincing roadmap and white paper. So make sure to do your part as an investor/hunter to be careful and not greedy to earn huge and quick in a short time frame because its likely a scam.

examine the history and also plan for the future. when their history is good in the market but bad news will destroy their market in the future. planning with future updates should we consider in choosing our investment project.
