it has nothing similar to adoption. it's just the opportunity to purchase BTC... for example, here in Italy it's normal to come across Bitcoin ATMs on the streets
This means the adoption about bitcoin is increasing. Glad on your country it is a normal situation daily so in our country it has a limited bitcoin ATM where bitcoin users can access anytime their wallet.
They already adopt the use of the bitcoin and also they make the easiest way how does the people can withdraw their funds. Most of the country today already accept the use of the bitcoin even in payments which is faster and secured so they don't need to verify if the transactions are real some of the people today avoid the use of the physical money because it is coming from different people and cause of spreading of the virus. @OP it is good that your country already accepted the bitcoin and make an ATM because we all know that the bitcoin transactions today does not handle by the government at the same time there is not tax came from the transaction but it had a transaction fee ( we cannot escape this because we are using there services ) but still we make sure that the funds are easier to withdraw and this kind of action is convenient too, you do not need to convert your coins, trade and lose your money because of emergency pulling out your funds.
