Made $50 then why not >$50. Sounds really like me, it looks on the other hand unavoidable since you look like being pulled to much by urge to bet more because of winning but tell you, it can still be avoid if you think it is already a big win, a big money from how much the last money you won.

Not just you or me but I guess anyone who initially wins some money from gambling feels like he has found a easy solution to our financial needs not a bigger scale but at least we feel like we can earn enough to fulfill hobbies though in the end gambling becomes a hobby itself and requires you to burn money daily to keep it going.

IMO, such circumstances always happens because we decided to look after the possibilities rather than what we already have. Sure, there are more big chances but that'll just lead to fatal losses. Might be a beginner level from OP post, but it is serious stuff that everyone must considered because it fuels individual's greedy behaviour.

That's the correct way of looking at it but it is so hard to feel satisfied when you have just won some money without efforts and you obviously want to win more, in my case I try to gamble with the win amount and withdraw the initial amount I deposited so at least I don't make loss in the end.

By the way I feel I come in levels 0-3 because I can relate to those statements in these levels.

Gambling addiction is a mystery because you may not realize that you are getting addicted or even after severely got addicted.

Level 0:
Gamble while gamble and may forget it for months. Gamble only with friends and gambling is not an option to kill boredom.

I am at this level. I will just play if someone ask me or sometimes if I am really busy, I refuse to play with him/her. Gambling is not my pass time. But once I played that means I have a nice budget, I'll make it a straight play on that day. I'll stick to it and then on the next day, back to reality another normal day and normal life for me.

For now I'm at level 1, because I'm too busy right now for work and of course family. I'm visiting now a few gambling sites to now more about betting and how to manage the game. Before I used to gamble many times especially in sports, I try to analyze first the team that I will bet my money just to relax and make fun with my friends. Many times I win but sometimes it's not my lucky day so I lose.
We have different level of gambling addiction level but if we're going the higher level we must make sure that we still manage our life without any problem with our family and especially for ourselves.

I think to gamble, don't rely too much on the monthly wage even though it's only 10% but that much means a lot to your family. I only play gambling when there is more money or the results of this forum so I will occasionally play gambling also for my pleasure and want know how to gamble online, and therefore my wages will remain intact.
Playing gambling is average will not win, we always lose, especially just for fun.

Lol. You are level 4-6 and you allocate 10% of the earnings for gambling. Trust me, if this continues, you will slowly be allocating 20%, 25%, 30% and so on. You will eventually become a gambling addict that will ruin your life. You are saying that you are "family man" now and you won't let your kids starve ever in your life, so you won't risk much gambling. But, snap back to reality. You will be using this "excuse" of not letting your family starve to gamble.
Stop before its too late. If you managed to stop drinking, you will manage to stop gambling for good.

Level 1 only im addicted but not gain or loss over $500. I view gambling as leisure and bet only what i afford to lose.

The appropriate level should define as light-moderate-hard.

Take a look at Level 1. As per the OP, it's beginner's level which is actually NOT.

Level 1 to level 3: (beginning levels)
1. New gambling ideas flashes in your mind even you are too busy with your studies or work or with friends/family.
2. Already lost in hundreds still you are strongly believing to recover them by innovating new strategy.
3. Made $50 then why not $100 or $500

This is called being a responsible gambler even they are in the hard activity of their gambling experience. There are professional gamblers who already lost not just hundreds but thousands, but still on the game. They are still on their feet, still on their own, still on their good behaviour, even with lots of money loss.

I am around in levels 1 to 3 LOL. Though in a sense when I started to put my money to gambling I would not stop even I profited a lot and ending not winning at all. Though I'm prepared not winning anything once I deposited my money into gambling. I only gamble with money I am prepared to lose since anything other than, I have something to make use of it.

How could we consider those who are gambling not just because of earning money directly from the gambling site but is gambling because of beta testing a gambling site?

Because some people just like me, is gambling because of work such as here, I need to gamble to learn various ways of playing, at the same time, to figure out various gambling site so that I could share information and create contents for public. I usually share the knowledge from gambling here on our forum and I could classify myself to be included in the level 0 and level 1. This is because I haven't really taking gambling as a way to escape my boredom, and I haven't really lost allot in gambling. For the person who in the last level better for them to be careful of what they doing because that level is one sign that you are one of the addicted player. For the level 4 to 6 Im that level and I think most of the players now in the crypto gambling like this.

Im in the level 1-3 and level 4-6 because they have information in the first level that I do and also to the second level that I experienced .

I would be falling under level 0 maybe or say level 1 because I forget gambling when I am busy with work but I can relate to Level 1 because I when I am not doing anything I am gambling most of the time and I am a sports betting person so I don't feel I am addicted though.

But before Im very addicted player because I use more money that I have and many money that I use is gone and not recover.  Im very happy right now because I gain money in gambling and I hope to continue my luck.

But you are again going in the wrong direction it seems because look yes you are being lucky and winning which I good and I feel happy for you, but once you start loosing you will slowly come under severe levels of gambling. Since, you mentioned that you have been there where you gamble more than you could afford to so I can only suggest you to detach yourself from gambling once you win enough to satisfy yourself.

This is one of the basic rules of gambling that put only that money on risk that you can lose. No need to bet on that which you cannot afford losing. In this way gambling does not lead to bankruptcy. Those who want to play safe and secure, they never ever go out of the way for making a bet.

It is difficult for them to maintain these good habits for those who are new to gambling, because usually they will continue to gamble until they do not realize if their addictions continue to increase. But for those who are at the final level and then able to reduce gambling to get back to the initial level, then at least it is a good achievement because they can have good control, so it is possible for players like this to be able to maintain their good habits so as not to again prioritizing gambling as a source of income or even a source of fun.

Gambling is not the answer to all of your financial problems, it will only worsen it. If a gambler came to that level where they took all of their attention in gambling while looking it as a source of income, then this is the time that someone should help that person to stop from being addicted because a lot of people had been there and you all know what happened to them.

I am at this level. now I can still focus more on family and business in the real world, I set aside a few hundred dollars of my income to play gambling/month..  manage finances for the family, should be more a top priority.

I can see myself in 4-6 "addicters club"group, the addiction level is at the high level. As explained, the gambling business are based on the house edge and as a gambler I need to control my emotions for not giving all my bankroll to the house. Intermediate level is good compared to the highest possible level but it is definitely bad for newbie gambler.

Beginning level of gambling addiction do not need any treatment but taking break from gambling may cure you. If you are unable to take break then you are already into intermediate level ask help from friends to keep you busy.

Severely addicted category must need to visit doctors to change their life style. For this category gamblers, taking break from gambling temporarily solve addiction thirst but professional guidelines will help to recover completely. Rehabilitation centers will be the ultimate destination when everything else fail.

It's very important even if we are going on a higher level from time to time to always go down to level 0 or 1 most of the time, if we keep ourselves in a higher level, we are in danger of ruining ourselves, it's important that we assess our level from time to time and this for our protection.

Some of my friends became addicted to gambling in the past. A few of them recovered from that, and for the remainder the final outcome of their addiction was quite tragic. From what I have seen, I would say that most of the time if a person feels lonely, then there is a high risk that he will get addicted to something. So the best thing to do in such circumstances is to engage yourselves with something productive.
