Actually before you started promoting your gambling site the Live Support must be at place first because that is the only place where issues and problems from the players can be directly take in place and also to  the gamblers to have confidence and trust as they can easily addressed in each house problems.

I agree with you that when a customer goes to a direct line, hot line for support request, it's more possibly because chat bot, email support did not help that user to solve his problems.

At least you need to be addressed directly before giving your stand about member concerns but lets see
how your explanation works knowing how hard to take the trust of bitcointalk gamblers when they see some
