Are you trying to trade, or are you planning to run some bounty? Not all escrow can do both of them. They might also accept some coins/tokens only. So, describing what you need would be a good thing if you want a recommendation.

If you need it for bounty purpose, I remember bl4nkcode and julerz12 (iirc) did some escrow in the past.

It will be used to store funds raised from the sales of tokens prior to IEO. We want to be different where funds will only be used when needed and not squandered away like most projects

What is said @joniboini highly recommend if you aim for the gift because julerz and bl4nkcode always use escrow services when the bounty is managed by them.

If only for the signature campaign then I think Hhampuz and Yahoo are the best.
