Maybe we have to change our mentality a bit and don't live easily with the hype.
New project needs to be develop in order to appreciate its value, if it rises even if the development is not mature yet, that's when we are careful because after the pump is a big dump and I have witnessed that many times in different projects.

yes the hype is on bitcoin but this is good, eventually altcoins will follow as bitcoin rises more.

You may right and you may wrong too. We can't make a negative assessment to new project. I think the developer has been prepered to lounch their project and they choose now as a right time. There were a lot of altcoin who still alive until now when they lounched at HYIP three years ago. You or some people here who intent to invest in new project maybe you must provide a free time to analyst it, don't just choose a project just because there are some people who suggested it, it is the bad thing to do.

You're right! There is no confidence in new projects right now. The fault is the policy that the admins of such projects carry out, they simply collect money and say goodbye to the community. Deception has generated this distrust and now every participant must understand this. I am also considering new projects for participation, but now I am very attentive to the selection and I skip almost 90% of all new projects because they look very bad and do not inspire confidence.

Not all the new projects today are bad but it's that just many of them does have one intention and that is to scam people. It happened in the past and everyone here learned the difficult way and it's been an expensive lesson for us.

Let's all warn others and if you such projects that are obviously not truthful to what they are saying and very likely to be a scam, warn the others who are looking interested to that project.

The first time I know bitcoin, there are some people who closest to me said just invest with what you can afford to lose, because profit that will you get in bitcoin unpredictable.

But now, when I have know bitcoin event its character I just suggesting to you to invest on it. Please leave altcoin first if you are newbie or you can pick ETH as another option, to sugggest another altcoin beside it I really doubt ou will be safe.

These things always happen when market shows some bullish movement and the investor/hunters who have enough experience with these shits know how to handle so only people who are jumping into this market for the first time have to get clear with these projects.

More and more people are learning about this kind of scheme and instead of patronizing they are keeping away and forget about investing to new coins but to support those existing and still progressing project to protect their investment and to have lower chances of losing their money.
Be specific with your knowledge and invest your money only if you are fully aware with the potentials of any assets that you'll going to buy.

No matter when a new project pops up, if you want to spend money investing in it, you have to do properly your homework, researching the background, the team, the long term viability of the project ...
If you invest without thinking you are not better than gambling.

We can study many things about new projects, but we cannot predict the viability of projects in this market. In 2019 I found a lot of good projects and invested by many companies, but by the end of the project died quickly. Obviously, we cannot avoid new projects becoming scams

This is not something new while the majority of new projects are waiting for the FOMO to do fundraisers from the investors. The hype can bring them more possibility to get more money from the investor's pocket.
As far as i know not only the new projects are waiting for this momentum but the existing project is also waiting for this time to happen.
We have IEO platform that can decrease the possibility to be scammed by a new project. Just hope people will be careful with any project.

Relax, investors are wiser now, they can take care of things now because they are experienced if the project being presented are worth investing or not, we have seen so many projects falling because the devs are weak, the platform and the roadmap is not attainable and they are not unique only old projects that they added new features.
