This Month and you can literally see lots of scams. So if ever you encounter one, you can follow the steps below to report them to Youtube so that it can be taken down and not to victimised unsuspecting people.
1. Look for the fake video, in this case

..., a drop down will appear click
"Report"3. Click on
"Spam or Misleading" then click on the drop down
"Choose One", then select
"Scams / fraud". Tick
"This applies to links within the video description". Click Next.
4. I put Fake Binance giveway on the
"Provide additional details" box. Click Report.
5. Then you will get a message
"Thanks for reporting". Then click Close.
All we have to do is what for Google to review our report and do hope that they will take it down quickly.
