One Altcoin to invest

Why choose only one alt-coin?
Wouldn't it be more safe to spread it out to lessen the risk?
For me I would choose ETH,NEO and XRP choose only those who are the best and have a good team and developer.

he only said one altcoin right ? so i dont think he will go for multiple coins but you did a good job here suggestin altcoins  .  eth is also my main choice and next would be bch if ever he isnt a fan of eth because i can see that many people arent really a fan of eth and they even call eth as a bad coin , those people that bash eth were more confident on bch but no doubt that bch is really a good coin because it came from bitcoin   .  other than that , tether and chainlink are familiar names too but i dont think tether is a kind of investment as its a stable coin   .

I would probably go to ETH. I just feel like ETH will surprise us for its next price. Plus the fact that its price will be affected by the halving. It will be for surely gonna be a game changer to the crypto market. Its price might be tripled or doubled by the time that the halving takes effect. So we must wait what will happen to its price in the future.

People advices not always be good and do your own research before invest and don't rush to decide it however i think one altcoin to invest seems to be risky for me because altcoin price of movement very unpredictable and more volatile than bitcoin and although you pick good altcoin but don't mean the price will always be smoothly increase so i think instead of one altcoin i think separate your funds for several altcoins or bitcoin and that's more good to avoid deep lost

0.2 btc is the good amount for an investment in several altcoins. look at ALGO / CHZ / ATOM / TOMO right now I hold these coins in my portfolio. there a lot of good coins at the market but these coins take biggest part in my portfolio. study them.

You can look into Ryocurrency(RYO), it is low-cap altcoin but it has very strong fundamentals in few days it has fork with some major updates that could affect coin price and value in the positive direction. Only the low-caps coins like RYO has the potential to move 20x in a very short time.

The declines are normal since we are at open market that's why you need to be more careful upon buying since there is a perfect timing for that since if you could place your position in best situation for sure you will provably earn a good figures of it. But if you want to look with it then buy ethereum right now since the price is so cheap.

Since there is a price decline happening at the moment, i suggest to just hold your 0.2 btc and it will grow definitely once bitcoin halving is here. But if you really want to invest in altcoin, i suggest to focus more on ethereum. It will be upgraded into 2.0 so things will doing good for ETH this time. I guess it's either you will hold your bitcoin or buy top-performing cryptocurrencies that you can see in the Coinmarketcap. But, when it comes to one altcoin that has more potential among all cryptocurrencies in the market, I suppose to go with Binance coin or Ethereum. Those two altcoins that I mentioned have a great improvement in the last couple of days but unfortunately, right now it was also down along with bitcoin. If ever you have doubts on the altcoins that I have suggested it's better to come up with your research and always analyze the condition of the market so you can have safe enter.

Always look for the altcoins that have potential in the future and do not ever forget to research because it is also for the safety of your investment. Be wisely on doing investment on a certain altcoin and kindly avoid investing in the new projects that you didn't know.

If you only want to invest in one altcoin, then we can suggest you buy ethereum. Ethereum has the chance to rise in the future, and the price can be increased to the highest price as before. I agree that ETH would be the best altcoin to invest with that said amount of OP but if OP want something like a one quick get-rich altcoin then it is not happening. That was the time when there's a lot of corruption in altcoins and ICOs before and even todays IEO there are some projects still existed. It's better to choose that top altcoins if that amount of OP had is not that quite much.

Split this amount for the low marketcap altcoins and wait for the right time. There is a possibility of recovery soon before the BTC halving if the market doesn't price BTC halving, things will be easier for small marketcap altcoins.

Halving is on the way so this dump happening is temporarily happen might we will see a good pumps on upcoming months but I will not trust the low market cap coins right now since most of them are scams or no bright future coming ahead so much better to stick with the top alt's and select either hold them or short them.

ETH is always a good choice for you to invest in this time but be careful because this coin has not been able to rise in price for the past few years and not many investors can make a profit this coin. Buying Alts with progressive approach really have a bit chance to take money from this industry, research and get your proper assessment before dealing and start placing your money. Every coin that being shared is opinion based most are coming from investors own holdings, without your understanding you'll be prone to got stuck and be scammed by developers who are intentionally developed project that don't have any real business.

ETH would be good but it is better to have 2 or 3 altcoins to hold/trade.
What actually saying is that it is safe to have more coins rather than having just one when it regards to altcoins. Volatility makes the market at risk and if you are only investing just one coin, it gives you a hard time recovering if ever you lose.
