One Altcoin to invest

Guys,,, this coin is an old one and not bashing it of course but it has been around for a while AND making news every now and then with football clubs in Europe but their coin has been dropping in value all the time. Now of course is going up but that is because of Bitcoin rally,,, I would stay away from this coin unless you really do not mind buying it for your clubs.

It's very risky to put all of your money in one basket. I suggest you invest half of your capital at altcoin and hold the rest of them. In this way, you are safe because if your invested coin dumps a lot, you will rekt. so it will be nice if you hold bitcoin also

xrp is the right altcoin to invest in at the beginning of this year, seeing the movement simultaneously moving up following btc, in altcoin you can also benefit if you analyze it right, I myself prefer to defend bitcoin because in a limited time the results are more satisfying than altcoin

For me nothing much upward movement will be seen in XRP instead will shift more focus on BNB than XRP now, as after the airdrop the XRP has just being falling and this is not a good sign when bitcoin continues to rise and XRP on other hand is falling and almost down by 50% from the high of this year.

Why not sell Bitcoin today we don't know if the price of bitcoin will increase more than the current price today.
You must sell bitcoin only if you already made a profit not waiting for Bitcoin to reach the highest price which is we don't know if today is highest price or in another day or maybe soon the price drop. So if you already made a good profit holding Bitcoin better to sell it now and buy other altcoin instead. That's the best because sooner bull market is coming for altcoins. The same as what happen on the past.

Viacoin.  Has pretty muched bottomed out on price, but solid developers working on the platform.  If you only have .2btc total I wouldn't go all in on an alt I would definately keep some in straight btc.  Good luck to you either way

2014 called.  Rofl.  Noob asks for advice and you give him Viacoin?  I could be wrong but I think the coin is pretty much dead.  And who are the guys left developing this?  There was only Drak and Peter Todd.  It was around 6 - 7 years ago.

If the OP just kept his 0.2btc, the value when he posted this thread was around $8800 per btc.
And now, we are almost in the 32k level, which is roughly gaining 360% of its value.
That's nice profit without doing anything from his end. Wonder if he did venture this amount into other alts?
But if I will invest in alts, I will prefer eth for the reason that they have solid developments, and there is really something happening with their plans.

Pffft.  Bitcoin is even more than that right now, which I find astounding.

When bitcoin starts to deflate, the bull run in altcoins is going to begin in earnest.  I truly believe that, and I was expecting that so called 'altcoin season' to start at the middle of last year, but the coronavirus thing derailed all of that.  But having a strong conviction that alts are going to soar, I've been loading up on Dash, Neo, and some obscure proof of stake coins like Curecoin and GRC, the underlying projects of which I fully support.

And no, you can't really go wrong with ETH as an altcoin.

Unfortunately, I am not sure that the OP will still hold the bitcoins he owns today. maybe he has decided to choose another altcoin, and I still hope he chooses ethereum. however, if he still holds his bitcoins then he currently has $ 6,896 (preev). if you still choose bitcoin and want to change it to altcoin, I also think that top altcoin is the right thing.
