He's also talking about rolling back losses from years ago, like the Mt. Gox hacks. A reorg that large is inconceivable. No miner would ever take the risk of mining that chain.
Is he talking about a hard fork that reverses specific transactions or steals outputs? That would make more sense, but it would obviously render his fork
