That's correct, its like you are risking a lot when you investment and the best way yo treat it just to gamble on the possible pump, if not, you'll just end up being a bag holder and this type of coin is not good for long term investment, known that from my experience.

I am not sure if it is right or true to call such tokens that increases immensely as fake coins or fake pump, Why ?
Wrx coin just did a massive pump after the indians got liberty to legally trade bitcoin and crypto currency, and also with a high volume.

But in a scenario where its a single order at a high price, then we should be smart enough to realize that there is not a single corresponding  buy order to such effect.

You will also wonder how it missed your grasp, but do you bother to check if it has volume ?

So the point is that we must do thorough research about such token before getting into it because maybe such price of a token together with the volume is bluffing all the way around and it can be done by a group or two. Aside from sticking into researching on the background of a token you wish to get into, better also to do observation on the trading orders, the price chart to see how the token pricing behaves well and that can come into a point you can discover something out of it that can make you decide if you will get into it or not. It is indeed that there are lots tokens existing in the market nowadays but just to assure and to secure that you are doing a right decision, it will be good to do some research stuff as well as tight observation before engaging on investing into such coin because if you missed out a single information about it something can happen which you might not expect to come. Again, patience on doing research about a token is a big move to be done right before investing just to assure that you are investing into a right token to save your money as well.

I don't even agree with the statement the guy above you that the coin that can be traded everyday must have big liquidity and volatility to make sure the market is very stable to be used as a daily trade.
Novice traders are even seeing from the so many factors that linked to the coins. They are not trying to choose random coin to trade.

As when we see projects that increased 100% to 500% or more in CMC that can be checked first of all if low ranking exchange then can be happened in those exchanges due to low volume or fake volume or trading through a bot. So I don't think we should invest or impress from those altcoins.

His points are childish like hundreds of other wannabe traders here posting basic points and saying that they know everything. These things dont mean anything about the future of a project. Listing on exchanges depends on how much the Binance mafia is asking them and amateur done research is bullshit at the most.

A good use case can be good or bad. Coins that create it own supply/demand system is what counts.

Most of the times, such coins which gain a few hundred percent a day are mostly scam coin with low volume. More important is that these coin will have no liquidity. There will be very much small order of buy with higher price while sell order will be huge because some big bag is doing it behind. They are pumping the price to dump their bag. But it is quite to say that Majority of those are Fake tokens mate because we have been here for years and look at those?just after pumping huge then turns dying in a week.
