Is that the actual telegram channel they own? because whenever I head to get some help from other services and websites, they always remind me that they never ask for deposits to seek their help and it's a sure scammer if they ask. But if that's their official channel, it's a shame that they're asking for it. They shouldn't ask for any amount, try to get their support through email and report this.

I really thought that it was their legit customer support as they are using the logo of the exchange with the name customer support. and when he tried asking me to deposit a certain amount just to withdraw my coins, I started to doubt. I had a problem with one of my tokens before. I checked again the telegram username and then sent pm to the official account of the exchange if they are doing this to their customers. and I found out that they never did. Though vindax has a lot of scam allegations, I think the OP needs to investigate more if he is really talking to the legit customer support. check the actual username and the published official accounts of that exchange.

I think you have contacted the fake telegram channel and it's questionable that you have to deposit in order for you to claim $10. There are several complaints so I’d rather not use this exchange. Also, best is we should be picky to use an exchange in doing transactions.

I also doubt it because their exchanges are manipulated.
and then they distributed airdrops on their VND coins if I'm not mistaken.
but getting nothing from it is like backing down and not giving certainty from their airdrop program.
You should stay away from exchanges like this.

I have read a complaint about this exchange but this experience must also be verified if it's the actual support from the said exchange or it's just another person that's using their name. This thread named them to be one of it.
But with the sequence of story, op needs to clarify maybe he's a victim of another scammer.

This exchange site is still trying to fool more and more its own customers. This exchange site is a totally garbage and shit scam exchange site. im still having a small amount of bitcoin that can't be withdrawn from that site and i remember if this exchange site was also doing something fishy to take the customer's money.

These exchanges are not really reliable and you may lose all your assets here if you are not careful. As far as I know, these exchanges only care about the money of the investor and after the period of operation, the exchange will try to scam. Of course, a lot of exchanges like Bcnex, Idax did this and Vindax will undoubtedly be an exchange that I never trusted.

There have been numerous complaint about this exchange platform here on BTT and I think it is high time people stop patronizing the exchange platform because it will take not so long before the exchange platform finally go away if they continue stealing peoples funds. There are many good exchange platforms and I do not think it is sensible for anyone to trade on such platform except you want to dump a project token that you do not intend to hold

Indeed so far have been a lot of complaints from Vindax and at that time I started to stop doing the exchange there because previously also many complaints from other members so that some say the telegram service is not original from the party Vindax, but I do not Care about it and I took the conclusion not to use the Vindax again and want to find another exchange that is indeed good for us to use.

This is the reason probably. Normally an admin of an exchange wouldnt ask you or even claim any money just to settle your transaction. We cant assume that they really scam it plus dont ever transact on social channel such as telegram since we know how scammers are using the admins profile just to get some quick bucks out of your ignorance. Always check whether the username on the main channel is correct, sometime they changes only few that you wouldnt noticed if you dont focus on it.

We needed some hard evidence before from forum will make action. Also nothing we can do aside from opening a discussio ln thread but only we can warn others to stop using and ask to spread awareness thru social media regarding the exhange flaws.

There have been a lot of complaints from traders and sadly enough, coinmarketcap will do nothing to report and tag this exchange as a scam exchange, they have been notorious for faking volumes using a bot and scamming IEO and continue to list dead projects. I have always avoided them.

Hmmm this is strange. Although I have never used Vindax exchange for any reason. But on a second thought, are you sure you chatted the right Vindax support? We all know how scammers prowl telegram chats pretending to be project supports and admins. Its weird for an exchange to even demand for coins from a user asking for issue to be resolved. Well, if it's truly Vindax support who messaged you then they are nothing but scammers. Everyone should avoid them.

I also do not like vindaz as an exchange platform, it's always zero value or no value at times

As regard that message, i advice you block any representative claiming to be vindaz or another exchange and report such to the proper admins.

Honestly it will be very hard for new serious exchange to get investors anymore because trusts on new exchanges is already ruined because f these new scam exchanges, it will take more than just mere promises to win investors mind

Unfortunately, this is the case, vindax is scam exchange and it is better not to trade on it at all, but the fact is that a lot of companies that conduct bounties conduct IEO on this scam exchange and then list their tokens on this exchange and this is now a very huge problem in the bounty sphere.

I don't think this telegram account is one of the official admins though I can not deny that vindax is one of the shit exchanges out there. I am also one of the victims of that exchange. I think That is the first exchange that I saw requires to have eth in your account to withdraw any erc 20 tokens. They don't have faith in their shitty token that they listed in their exchange. I don't know why any project or any person still uses that exchange after so much complaint about that exchange.

How much money that you have on the exchange? I think that is a scam exchange I have read many threads before about this exchange and they assessment were the vindax was failed to give the user money. This is some learning, and I don't know why there still user who fall the scam exchange or news exchange. Because if we see now there are so many good exchange who didn't have a negative reviews from their user.

This is just the beginning, to create or build exchanges this days are getting simpler because some blockchain platforms are giving the access for free, more incoming bad exchanges, better stick with top exchanges only

report back to the support via email if the reply is still the same as in the telegram, it means that it is really a scam and it seems like for now I will personally avoid some exchanges that I think are not good.

Make sure if you have some problems always contact the legitimate support not the one that DM you first because this is the most worst problem in telegram that scammers can easily copy the identity of admin and other members.

And if you read the almost all pin post of every exchange group or other platforms " That all moderator or support will not DM you first" you will easily recognize that those user that DM you are scammers. That's why don't make accusations if you are not sure on that. I'm not a user of Vindax or connected to Vindax what I want to say is don't trust immidialtly those user that DM you first because your hard earn money can be lose to you if you don't have enough knowledge recognizing who's scam or not.

If someone DM first you to through any exchanges admin then it will be scammer activities you have to make sense. But users definitely can send DM first when he unable to reach live support or didn’t response support team, If have enough proof that's not matter. Vindex is bad reputed exchange. Yeah this is strict rules in every project, Admin never DM first.

Probably you have made chat with a fake person who was trying to cheat you by advising you to deposit ETH buy you did a good job by not sending ETH. Vindax is still continuing their service but some cheaters are trying to deceive. I have used many times Vindax Exchange but i haven't faced yet any problem.
