I sold few coins on vindax that worth 10$ and I don't receive any in my wallet after withdrawal, I track transaction ID on etherscan and it says 'Failed', then I head to their telegram group to complain, guess what happens next? I was told to deposit 60$ worth of Eth to an address from a PDF, I screamed scam and they block me off their telegram group, here is a screenshot

I faced the same problem once but with different exchange name RightBTC. Vindax have many problem but i'm not sure that you contact with right admin or not. When i sold some altcoin in RightBTC and try to withdraw ETH in my main wallet i faced same issue. I contacted their telegram group and told about my problem. Then suddenly one person {Fake admin who used RightBTC name (not username)} PM me they are looking my issue and after few minutes that person told me to deposit some eth a specific eth wallet address. I've doubt about and told them again about it. Finally i was able to withdraw my eth from their.

The thing is now days scammers easily manipulate people with Telegram ID. So before you deal with this kinda issue you better think twice. Double check users username not just name.

I dont think there is a way to stay permanently clear vindax, some project are still choosing vindax as their choice of exchanging their token. How do we trade token trading only vindax without vindax exchange? I guess vindax team should look into this and get it fixed soon before is too late.

You have no choice if that's only traded on the vindax exchange site but mostly people were saying it a very bad exchange site. The problem is vindax has a very bad reputation and it could make the user get a problem anytime as this exchange site was also getting so many complaints.

Maybe it was an scammer on the telegram they are going to say that they are part of the team even if it is not, don't trust any person that is pm you they are just going to get your data and they will claim it on the true support beware on this kind of scammer they are expert on scamming people.

people should be careful, because a lot of scammers try to cheat in telegram,
sometimes they confessed as the team from any exchange, so, do not write your issue in any telegram group,,
just pm the admin or contact their email if your have any issue on any exchange

I wonder when crypto enthusiasts will learn their lesson, when will traders stop using exchanges with low reputation? Some people even go as far as participating in IEO done on these low standard exchanges with fake volume and low reputation. Exchange like Vindax, p2pb2b is a no no for me.

In my own opinion, you supposed to talk or to inform your issue at their support of Vindax to their exchange platform, not in
telegram channel, because they're not making chat to anyone via telegram. I think your not aware of this
things dude.

I never try this exchanges because so many negatif news. But in your screenshoot, im not sure that's from vindax offical team, because so many people try to take advantage of someone's problem, make clone account and try to fool people, better you make ticket about your problem on vindax exchanges

And base on the proof of OP posted, this exchange should never be used by anyone. I don't see any point of why do they require their users to deposit first before they get their withdrawal, a clear suspicious action that no one should ever take.

It should not be rash if this exchange has a bad reputation because if it happens to us we have made a deposit it will also regret it, the same thing happened to my friend because I have used this exchange in having a little problem but the resolution is not fast enough, as a result many clone accounts with pm first

Vindax exchange has its own problems and of course worse customer services among other things but this looks like an imposter at work, I don't think it's from Vindax team, if you are using telegram from time to time you must have received many PMs from unknown people

well I am also the same as you think and I agree with you because when you enter the exchange place that has negative news will only look like suicide because it is likely to be difficult to make an asset withdrawal.

Man, you need to be careful when you tell your problem in the telegram group.
Someone could pretend they are admin of vindax, direct message you to send some coin to their address to complete your withdrawal.
Make sure you are the one who message the official admin, not them.

You are lucky to still be able to withdraw money from this exchange, many people were unable to do it and lost money forever. Some of my friends have the same situation when using this exchange, it's a scam exchange and need to stay away from it as far as possible.

Looks like an imposter at work here, this isn't vindax team, I suggest you find the team by sending this screenshot on the telegram group, the team will block this imposter and attend to you, also it's better to stay away from Vindax because the exchange isn't safe

The exchange remind me BCNEX exchange, they were allowing users to deposit coins, but not withdraw coins.
And the result, many users fund stuck there because they reject the withdrawal, now their website is maintenance forever.
We should using reliable exchange so we can easily deposit and withdraw our coins, speed of deposit and withdrawal is very important for traders, especially arbitrage traders.

Looks like imposters at work like always, this happens alot on telegram groups, there are fake team for every project on Telegram, better adjust your security settings on your telegram app to stop receiving PM first, real team won't PM you first
