Can you just relax and stopping spamming this thread with your complaints. Like someone has mentioned the team are working on a new provider right now which is most likely taking up their time. Do you really think that the team would spend upwards of $30k USD on a platform just to scam you as you claim the team are. Just be patient and wait as I'm sure all this will be fixed very soon.

What they have to do is give support in telegram and if i they need 5 days to send me my withdrawal just tell me and i will wait 5 days. But this last time i wait so many days and i never got an answer so what do u expect me to think?

^I think there is right thing to say about both sides right now but I feel like since customers are scared about their money and not getting it, I would say that is probably acceptable to yell about your money, they should have that right. That doesn't mean that casino is not working on the website, I am sure they are hard at work trying to make things a lot better, better provider and better software and all around better website.

However just because both sides could be right doesn't mean that both sides can't defend themselves. Casino part is not even 100% guaranteed and they are not here to defend themselves, they are not saying much, which is why I think the only party here that could say anything is the people who are not getting their money, which is an important problem obviously.

Yes I know that everyone has a right to their money however as the problem with their provider was noticed the team will need to go through all the bets that everyone has placed in that time and then see which are correct and which are not. That is most likely why we are seeing a delay in withdrawals and settlements. Yes I do think that the team should put the site into maintenance while they fix the issues, by the way no need to swear at me as I'm just trying to help people understand what is going on here.

It does make sense that you are making an explanation on behalf of the team that could be very well true, however wouldn't it be better if the team came down here and say something like "hey guys, sorry for the delays, we are working hard on fixing this, everyone will get their money back eventually, just give us a week for it"? I mean that way we would have a promise from first hand.

So far it has been an argument between people who want their money and people who are not affiliated but saying team will probably do the right thing.

I just feel like this should be between people who want their money and the team itself, not their supporters. Of course I have no money in the game (last I played was a loss and never had the chance to come back before all of this happened) so I just say what I think, but not what I am going through.

No I'm not paid anything to post in here as I was calling you out on what you knew what you were doing was wrong. You knew the odds for that bet you placed with wrong but you bet anyway to try and take advantage of AceDBets mistake on their site. Because you bet several times on it knowing that the odds were wrong and then you expect to be paid, well if you did this on other sportsbooks it would end the same as sometimes there are issues with the odds from providers.

@BrandonLang, that is one of the worst things you can do. Do not bet your money into stupid things because you are 100% certain your are not going to get it back. Just wait for it, the worst case you will not get your money back and it will be whatever it is right now, the best case they will come back and pay you your money.

With putting your money into crazy stuff you are basically losing them all and even if they are scammers that would be fine for you but if it turns out they had a big problem and they had to fix that and eventually come back? They would pay everyone their money back and you will not get anything in return. That is why I would say just wait for it, there is nothing that is worse that can come out of this, every one of the possibilities of "waiting for them to pay" is either same level or better.

I'm glad to hear that mate, like I have been saying on here the team are currently working on an update that will fix all the issues that bettors are currently experiencing. I'm just happy that you received your withdrawal and you can either move on or continue to use the platform however I would suggest that you wait until the update is released if you don't want to wait for withdrawals and bet settlements delays.
