It is normal that it can take a little longer now and then, but it takes a long time now. The most annoying thing is that they don't react to anything, that gives a powerless feeling.

I texted about my and other users' issues in their telegram chat and other user discussed it with me. and imangine what happened? they just deleted all messages and banned me in the chat.
now i wrote about it in their discord channel and they banned me there too.
and they offer now to invest 300k$ to their project.
Smells like exit scam

looks like the same idiots continue to complain about withdrawal issues, I have been paid correctly since this sportsbook launched. Are you trolls being paid to create this terror on this thread? Check your email if you opened a ticket im sure the team responded.

acedbets is fair and will resolve if there is any issue but you need to contact support not going around complaining on forums and support channels

Post all your evidence. We don't easily believe if a guy saying they are scamming while no one evidence. About investing, there is no reason for them to ask random people investing on their site

i repeat: they claimed to have 3000 unique bets in october. imho 15 days is enough to check 3000+ bets 1 by 1 even if u do it alone. it would ok if there had been some queue and somebody would have already received their coins. but nobody reported receiving anything here everybody only say about delays.

and imo its abnormal behaviour to ban user and delete all his complaining messages to make it look like everything is fine instead of discussing the issue, u dont think so?

Things are getting worst for AceDBets. It's more than two weeks, user started to complain about withdrawal delays here. At first they paid out few user but now they are taking longer time than expected and not paying out. Even their support isn't responding timely, at least AceD team should reply quicker.

OP said in his last reply that there was a bug and it was resolved, they will payout user by checking bets one by one. Actual bettor also become a victim of this issue. Can't say how they are working now in this situation but hope they will resolve everything shortly. It's about AceDBets reputation, they aren't so old sportsbook.

^Every casino faces these type of things at least once. There is this one customer and there is an argument and some big deal happens between being able to withdraw or not. Casino comes out and says why from their own perspective and customer comes out and says what happened from their perspective and people basically just decide on which one is the right party based on the fact that was given.

We will have to listen to what acedbets will have to say, we have seen what the customer had to say. From now on it is going to be nothing too substantial honestly. People will make their own decisions and based on their decisions either they will continue to gamble here or they will stop and wait until this is fixed. I do not see anything marginal enough to stop though.

Yeah, but it's not wise decision to let their own player confused because they can't withdraw their money from their site.

i wouldnt mind if it was only my case but nobody has received their coins in last 2 weeks. in such situation adequate team would communicate with complaining users but seems like aced team doesnt care but at the same monent they suggest people to invest 300k$ in their project (i would even think about investing myself if everything was ok). they also dont have any license and there is no any information about project owners. i would like to believe that all withdrawals will be processed, but at the moment it feels bad.

Hopefully AdceDbets main account will response quickly for all withdrawal problems. AFAIK even though a site must do manual checking for withdrawal, it won't take too much time & they must keep update anything through email
