AceDBets native token Aced is now on the BinanceSmartChain and BNB has now been added to AceDBets as an option to bet with. The team are currently working on the affiliate program and then after that Poker which from what I understand is already been developed but just needs some final touch ups and testing before its released. AceDBets has been growing by the month with more users signing up and more bets placed. The team are still here working hard to make AceDBets a top betting and casino platform.

Good news that they are still developing their business, moreover, they are also adding other cryptos in their payment options. BNB is a crypto fee whose network fees are quite cheap so that players have a choice of crypto. Hopefully the withdrawal problem can be resolved, withdrawals can be processed faster because if it is not updated, players will be reluctant to keep playing on this site.

It should be because it can't have a bad impact on the Acedbets, withdrawals are also a player's focus when choosing where to gamble.

Unfortunately my issue hasnt been solved. I didnt write here because nothing changed. Payout still pending and  support tickets not answered.

That's really bad because generally when an exchange or any crypto related site doesn't help us with the support tickets then most of the times our money at stake is lost.
Losing 3 ETH is a big amount currently. You should try contacting them through twitter and discord and tell them about your issue.

I tried to contact them on discord channel but they deleted my questions after few mins.They probably would do the same on twitter channel.  it's obvious to me they decided to ignore me because my acedbets balance is too high but I still have a very little hope they will pay me before I raise a scam accusation topic.

I really don't know why this member here hasn't received their withdrawal but I can say that I have made two withdrawals from AceDBets in the past week and both have been received and within 12 hours. By the way I also have a high balance when it comes to AceD as I prefer to bet with AceD and I have received my withdrawals so again, I don't know why you haven't received your withdrawal as I know many have been withdrawing and have been receiving them.

I mentioned before I've been a satisfied client since 05/20 and  I did many succesfull deposits and withdrawals (as high as 3ETH). I'm not sure what you mean if you speak about a  high balance but mine is much more than 3ETH . I dont want to reveal all "secrets" now. I really hope I will be paid and we will forget about my issue.

3 ETH is very low amount. Not even worth to ruin a repuation. But the fact that they are not even responding, that seems to me the real problem.

I asked their livechat about this, and they informed me that said user is a cheater, and that is why.
And i believe that - the attitude of the above poster is not normal, if you read his posts clearly.

So i decided to try the platform - it was nice, although I lost my deposit fairly quickly

If you do really have strong case over them, you can create in the Scam Accusations board. Maybe, other users here can be of help in your case. Because you know very well if you didn't violate any of their terms and conditions. You can easily post snapshots of your case. I just hope withdrawal issues in AceDBets will stop and people can have their peace of mind playing on this site.

Even if there's accusation posted Acebet still didn't post any clarification to defend theirselves or put some clarification on the issues posted here so we can assume that they are avoiding those allegation posted by some users here. And a proper scam accusation should really be posted since if they don't do it many gamblers will miss to see those issues and might they will encounter the same issue again, But lets  really hope that they will solve this one.

The website exists already for a while, it would be very strange to see if they want to scam people for such a low amount, but there must be have said there were some problems with withdrawals in the past as well, maybe they are not related to this problem, in any case the customer support should answer on the customer and give proper explanation about the situation.

There is no withdrawal issues with AceDBets because many people have received their withdrawals over the past week as everyone had to deposit AceD to have their tokens swapped and all the ones that made a withdrawal have been paid even myself which I stated in my previous post.

Now if this user was found to be cheating the system then AceDBets has zero tolerance to cheaters and they won't receive their withdrawals. I'm not saying this user is a cheater, we are just going by what has been said.

I find it funny that when I made a post about AceD swapping to BSC network, then this user starts posting in here again after so long with no posts in here.

I didnt write because there was no news in my case. You wrote about swap, other user asked me how is my issue. And I answered. I'm not here to cry, I'm not here to do some bad marketing to acedbets. I just want to inform community about this issue.
 You are right,  many people was paid the same way I was paid in the past. But anybody could be in the same place like me. I really would like to see the acedbets statement and explanation how did I cheat. They have the same odds like many other companies with the same odds provider. I didnt find any software glitch , no multiaccounting. My only "sin" here is I'm not a Sunday bettor.
Acebet had many opportunities to tell  why they dont want to pay me. But they prefer to ignore me.

I am Tomas from AceDBets Support Team. One of your members came to our live chat recently and mentioned about a complain in this forum. Therefore, I am here to make few things clear for members and possible future users.

The active user here recently has been detected as a cheater by the technical team and has been banned accordingly.
I'll try to explain the reason in a way that everyone can understand easily. It is not about finding some glich or fixed matches but a simpler method.

Firstly, let me explain one thing. In AceDBets there is a restriction which is about maximum amount of money played (like max. 20 mbtc for one bet). We have observed that 3 users are playing same bets at the same exact minute for same results and each of them played with maximum amount. Therefore, maximum amount of stake becomes meaningless and violated. To make it more clear, I am not talking about popular games like NBA games or like Arsenal - Real Madrid. All these games were from lower and unknown leagues. Of course there is a possibility that same bets can be played for even those lower league games. However, if three users play for same bet at the same time and with the maximum amount, what is the explanation here? We continued observing to be sure. When this situation I menitoned above happened 8 times, we took action and froze this user's withdraw. Guess what? When we froze this user's withdraw, other users started to send a withdraw request all of a sudden. Wow, what a coincidence?!

So lets make a summary:
3 different users
8 times played identical bets with maximum amount and at the same exact time (only a few second differrence)
Rules violated, they got banned.

About not responding: these users didn't respect us and played unfairly. Therefore we don't respect them. It is that simple. We don't allow cheaters in AceDBets, zero tolerance. They can try their chances on other platforms as they wish.
I personally ( not on the behalf of AceDBets ) recommend them to play fairly, since they will be faced with same result most likely.

AceDbets is a project that makes long-term investments in the crypto world. We are faced with cheating attempts like this and similar, and we have to take actions to survive. Even in this situation, ALL OF THEM ALREADY GOT THEIR WITHDRAWALS MUCH MORE THAN THEIR TOTAL DEPOSITS, SO THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FINANCIAL DAMAGE.

First of all your bet limits are huge enough.You have 1.5 ETH maxbet  and it is really enough. It would be stupid to use multiple accounts  with so high betting limits. There is no other bookie in the world which has the same betting limits on Champions League and 3League of volleyball in Romania. And you offer this.
Second I placed hundreds bets since May20 on your betting site and you wrote about 8 picks. But I dont even know if its true. What is true I'm not connected to any other player. You processed many deposits and withdrawals for me in the past.
I follow many succesful tipsters so its obvious I placed bets from many leagues usually unknowns.But if you offer unknown league it means you want bets on it ,right?  I didnt cheat you in any way.
 
What is interesting you connect me with other users now when my account balance is quite high ( approx 10% of your market cap).
In addition you delayed my withdrawal requests in the past. You paid me after 10days, The same day when you received money from your investors. Coincidence?
You froze my withdrawal 06 January. You havent freeze my account till today and you did it right after I opened a Scam Acusation topic. Coincidence?  
You were waiting 2 months to freeze my account even you knew 6th January I'm a cheater? You didnt even inform your support about it ?because I spoke with your livechat support 5 times and they didnt know why my payout is delayed.
I think you made up this whole story right now.
You dont have any betting licence so I think we have a situation : word again the word.

Well it is your word against AceDBets word but at the end of the day, you haven't really lost anything because you have withdrawn more then you deposit. I'm not saying that you are a cheater but if AceDBets suspect that you were cheating then maybe its time to move on as you are in front as you have withdrawn more then you deposit going by your screenshots in that other thread you made.
