I bought more Litecoin at $61 a few weeks ago, then watched its price rise to the low 80s.

Then everyone started shitting themselves over this Corona Virus bullshit, so the price retreated to $60 again.  If I'd been able to predict the future I'd have sold at $80 and bought back in at $60, but I didn't.

So I lost some profits.  Farq.

Crypto-market offer the same opportunity almost every week! It sound easy when you say it, sell at the highest and buy
again when price drops, but it's not. It happens every week or month, but with different coin involved.
I don't regret for missed opportunities, I am a long-term holder and I will not risk my investment to earn more. I wait for
some really high prices, weekly and monthly fluctuations do not bother me. Who have nerves and money to spare can try
to risk and earn more, but not me.

BIG WINNER!

Things like this often happen to every trader and I think this happens because of greed. If we really intend to trade, I think 20% or 10% profit is more than profitable. I have often experienced this kind of experience but I think we can learn from that experience
This is really regretting part but you cannot blame someone who really takes the risks believing that he is going to get profit. That is why being involved in cryptocurrency is difficult and I can say that you must have enough knowledge before doing that way of earning cryptocurrency. This is not greediness, it is about taking the risks, but if you really study that particular project very well, maybe that doesn't happen to you. You can prevent that happening if you do some research on that particular project and doing some readings about the feedbacks also from the present or past investors of that token or project. Once another opportunity has come and you do have enough knowledge about it, go and grab that opportunity.

It's still not too late to watch your LTC grow big in future if you have enough patience, many missed the chance just like you did, I think it's better you wait for few more months before selling, market will recover after or close to the next Bitcoin halving

Hindsight is always 20/20. There is nothing you can do now but moved on. It happens to every trader I know. You should learn from it and try not to miss a profit next time. Always set a goal in your every position, and when you reach it, close it and don't look back. If you look back, there is a great chance you will regret the action you made even though you already reached your target.

We have the same experience on every coin that we have. The market really behave like that. The volatility of the cryptocurrency is one of its main characteristics, no one can really predict what happens next so we must not blame ourselves when we lost an ooportunity. Just grab the next opportunity to come. We just need to evaluate if something like COVIN-19 will affect the market.

Bro you need to take it easy, if you are concerned about making profit out of every market opportunity then believe me that is not possible, i would suggest you to learn active day trading and make the most out of trading so you do not regret and can make money everyday.

There are still plenty of opportunities for you to earn profits in the future. So you don't need to regret or reproach yourself, just gain experience for the next time. In this market, if you do not lose, you will surely become rich and successful in the future

That's actually a loss from your end, as a trader ensure to always check on the market to get the most current information about the coins or tokens you're ready to buy or has already bought for long-term. Personally, I always check the market whenever I buy some coin for trade. Next time ensure to check on the market and never follow speculatives tweets from some cryptocurrency groups or from some unreliable individuals on the industry. I have lost many times because I listened to many of these guys out there but have learnt my own lessons.

I never knew that Bitcoin can go back to 8400$ and I end up listening to a guy on telegram because he is good at predictions, I end up losing out, it's better to rely on oneself and not others

Friend, this is Crypto, everyone is always afraid of the next move. See WRX that people FOMO to enter at 22K sat is back to 1950sat, there is always a fear of what will happen if one sells quickly. This was how I lost out in Miracle Tele even though I had suspected them.

This is a very common mistake among investors and you should not fall in it, you are thinking that if you just knew what will happen then you would have profited from the market, but you have no way to know that and you will never get that ability, you need to learn how to make money in the markets even without that knowledge, a very easy way to obtain some profits is to use a trailing stop loss, that way you could have gotten out of the market at 75 or 70 dollars and obtained some money in the process.

You will earn profits in the future, so no need to be sad when you missed the opportunity. It is a lesson for you in this market, you must be patient and experienced with the market. Ignore it and keep going forward, opportunities are still plenty for us this year

There is nothing to be done, it will always be so, it's hard to predict when the cryptocurrency market will start to grow or when it will start to fall, so you need to invest exactly the money that you are not afraid to lose and the most important thing is always to approach investing wisely.

And how many Litecoins you have? The potential profit was only 20% which is not too much, wait for a bull market and you will get much bigger profit.  Wink

Don't mind it, you can have chance to get profit tomorrow. It also give you a lesson that if you want to get profit from trade, make sure you have filled up your target to take profit. Don't be greedy for the result, don't regret any decision you have made. Good luck for next trades!

I understand you, and you have to move on; there are many people in this same situation but the best thing to do is to move on and look into other coins or hold as the case maybe. There are some people who converted or sold from BTC to USDT in a good price then BTC moved up hence they missed out on the pump. On the other hand too, there are others who sells BTC on a good price then it dumps and they will be happy they sold early. So from this, it is clear the market can't really be predicted, if you miss a pump on a good coin like LTC and co, you can still hold on for another pump.

Don't get all worked up man, these things are meant to happen and it's anyway Litecoin has not seen it's glory days yet. I read a whole lot of developments that are coming up with the project and i am sure once bitcoin halving starts approaching and there is an increase in the price of bitcoin, Litecoin will increase as well. Just be patient, hodl and you will reap of the profits very soon!

who told you to hear others people prediction and hold your coin?it's your mistake and keep in mind that no one predict the crypto.no one what will be ATH and what will be the dip.so don't regret for this and always make your own research and hold, don't hear anyones prediction.
