These things happens, you can always have it figured out, neither will every coin you buy end up as a profit for you, It's okay for you to consider it a lost simply because you could have increased your holdings, but you couldn't have known that the $80 would be it's peak for the price retreated back to $60. It's best you keep your holdings ahead of the next increase and don't be in a haste to sell to avoid selling it cheaply.

The price of the coins are falling or rising, not the amount of coins you are holding. Instead of regretting that you couldn't sell the coins when the price was at $80, start buying more coins as the price of the coins crashes. You will be making more profit than before when the price reaches back at $80.

The best thing you can do now is to wait until the price goes above your buying price and take profit. This is really regretting part but you cannot blame someone who really takes the risks believing that he is going to get profit. That is why being involved in cryptocurrency is difficult and I can say that you must have enough knowledge before doing that way of earning cryptocurrency. This is not greediness, it is about taking the risks, but if you really study that particular project very well, maybe that doesn't happen to you. You can prevent that happening if you do some research on that particular project and doing some readings about the feedbacks also from the present or past investors of that token or project. I understand you, and you have to move on; there are many people in this same situation but the best thing to do is to move on and look into other coins or hold as the case maybe. There are some people who converted or sold from BTC to USDT in a good price then BTC moved up hence they missed out on the pump. On the other hand too, there are others who sells BTC on a good price then it dumps and they will be happy they sold early. Do not blame yourself because it just normally happens for every individual buying a crypto coin in a lower price and then waiting up for the moment to rise up the price to sell what you have bought to obtain profit. Do not feel too bad on that because no one can literally predict what will be the price movement or the price behavior due to the reason that the price of cryptocurrencies are volatile. I have also experienced the same thing before that I feel too bad for myself of thinking that I have miscalculated or have wrongly predicted things out making me missed an opportunity of obtaining profit but it turns out that after a span of time, I have unexpectedly saw that the price of the token I have purchased risen up enabling me to get a profit from it. I bought more Litecoin at $61 a few weeks ago, then watched its price rise to the low 80s.

Then everyone started shitting themselves over this Corona Virus bullshit, so the price retreated to $60 again.  If I'd been able to predict the future I'd have sold at $80 and bought back in at $60, but I didn't.

We all have the that kind of experiences in crypto world. You feel you are comfortable with the price of your investments going but all of a sudden the price will eventually fall that which lead to your assets loss.
