Just to be clear, the rule is that a user has to have at least 100 Merits received in the last 120 days or overall? I guess it's the first (in the last 120 days), but you should put that in writing just to be clear.

If there's no time limit mentioned, it doesn't make sense to assume 120 days.
Basically, 1006 users qualify.

True. That's why I suggested that OP edit the rule to make it that only those who received 100 Merits in the last 120 days can apply. If anything, it would be easier for him to maintain the list.

I was thinking about it but then I have to provide the users
(and me)  a way to check their 120 days merit history. I know LoyceV has this project running, maybe just a list with those with +100 updated weekly can be enough.
This i will decide next week.

I'm working on the OP but the lack of free time will be a problem this whole week. I have a big project @work on Thursday and the updates I have to make from the PC. I'll see if I can get it finished today or tomorrow. There will be changes in the rules as well. Thanks to Loycev for giving a hand with the past 120 days check up

This sounds interesting. Then I will try to setup the new changes in the rules by tomorrow and see how this will plays out. I can for sure update the OP once a week, like every Monday or something.

Sorry you have not received even 100 merit. So I have to decline your application, there will be new rule with restriction to minimum 100 merit earned the past 120 days.

Well, looks like we have a lot step of work here  I send you the user list, and you give me information about merit. Does it take a long time? I think it would be more convenient if I use the bot to count their merit within 120 days, then make updates. More importantly, you are the only one who can give us trust score images for list user

Yes, I think that will be the only change in the rules, the minimum 100 merit the past 120 days.

Everything with LoyceV is automated ( don't forget that he is AI even tho he is trying the pass as a "verified human")
Basically if you post a list with participants, in his trust thrad, you get all the images, he no need to to anything.
And if everyone who is applying is posting the specific link here to get the list of their 120 days merit history then you don't really need to do much, just change the template with the right numbers, that's all

Let's make it like this, I'll do the list in the OP now and then when everything is set and the applications start to come, you can update it. Don't need to bother with making the list. For me it's very eays to edit it in Notepad++ I have the BBcode language color marking so it's easy to make changes

I think no problem with 100 merit in 120 day, restricted minimum will save this thread from unnecessary application and lists.
