we have several companies with different brands and different people write,
they asked me to find out about an account that was blocked for unknown reasons,

Maybe you should try to read the rules again and understand my friend. The violation was copying and pasting information without at least citing a source or including a source link(plagiarism).
That's one of the most unwanted offenses in this forum which can lead to permanent ban if caught with a close to zero chance of getting unbanned.

That depends on the forum moderators. Your account is banned because of plagiarism which is not allowed to do so in this forum. In my opinion, getting your account unbanned is an impossible thing to do as I have said only theymos decide to do so.  If you think there is no violation then "WHY IS YOUR ACCOUNT BANNED?" that's the question.
