I can't run this client with JDK1.6(32bit) on Windows7. Shows: Unsupported major.minor version 51.0 So I think the client need JDK1.7. |

I run NAS client on Windows XP and Win 7 x64. It's actually working. I'll continue beta test. Waiting official launch.

I copied the instructions below from the following link. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=523187.msg5926548#msg5926548It's pretty much the same approach like the NXT Wallet.
For Windows: Double Click the "run.bat" file and wait until the java windows displays "NAS server 0.8.12 startet successfully" and then open your browser and enter the following adress: http://127.0.0.1:7875/
Then click on the lock symbol and enter a safe password as suggested. Or if you have already an account just enter the passphrase of that account. |

Does anyone involved in the beta test? any opinions? really something new or a typical scam?
It's pretty much the same as NXT but it's actually working. That's at least more than any other announced fork can offer, so let's give it a chance. I've got two questions to Nas_Coin: 1. How many people are developing NAS? 2. Can you explain why you call it "The Litecoin of NXT"? Is NAS going to be "lighter" and faster? Will there be any features that NXT not have? 1.We have 2 devs. 2.We will explain after the NewWinNasWallet are released. We have modified the trans format, they can not replay trans to the nxt blockchain. Attention: Do not use real nxt secretphrase.thks PLCoinTrader! Only two dev? I think it is not enough. At least, you need a web dev. The website is so ugly. Don't ask for too much. How many money has the dev gathered in IPO? Not too much. |

The website looks nice but unfortunately it seems it's a little "empty". But this certainly changes in some time.
We should talk to some exchanges and ask them to add NAS thus NAS can be better distributed and one can trade with it what's important in the beginning. Otherwise holders of NAS get bored and they lose their interest in NAS.
