Why are two exchanges not enough for the moment?

Because they are very small and mostly known by folks that know NXT. If we want the mainstream people to join, than either bter or cryptsy is a must.

Yes, bter is a must to attract Chinese investors. All the coins have gained a lot in number of investors and in price after listing on bter.

I just bought 1 million NAS @ 17 satoshis. Welcome me.

Exactely this is the reasoning behind this. Most initial stakeholders seem to be chinese, I doubt they want to use an american exchange to trade. Bter is very nice because they will likely add a NAS/CNY market also.

Also welcome on board!!!

Also the trading and withdrawal feel are too high in dgex. Have you contacted bter yet?

Yes. 1% and 0.15% is high in the longterm!

I did, and many others did too, but everyone should write them!

PLEASE submit a request to BTER to add NAS:

http://support.bter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Should we link to your twitter or here or the homepage for our tweet to Bter‽

https://twitter.com/NasCoinTeam

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=523187.0

http://nascoin.org/

or just mix it up?

When I set up the web wallet java thing yesterday I got a wallet address (as expected) which started with a 1. Today I went to run it again to double check my address for the twitter bounty thing and it is showing a totally different address, which starts with a 3. Wtf? Anyone know why that is happening?

Just keep all your passphrases in a 7z file that has a password you can remember and then back that file up.

That is what I do.

Just to correct a few misconceptions:

Quote
All the coins have gained a lot in number of investors and in price after listing on bter.

Not NXT, and not many others like discussed earlier in this thread. For a fresh coin's price it's better to trade on few exchanges because more exposure means more stakeholder sales, not more purchases as the larger exchanges are saturated with no interest towards new coins left as such.

Yes. 1% and 0.15% is high in the longterm!
0.15% is one of the lowest and 25% lower than BTER

Quote
I doubt they want to use an american exchange to trade.
NAS is NOT traded on an American exchange? DGEX is not American. (It's a cyberspace operation and owner / servers / software provider are not American).
