If you stand up quickly, and don't feel dizzy, then your blood pressure is probably not dangerously low.
Another check is the capillary refill time. This check should be done when your hands are not cold. Place your hand flat on the table, and press down on one of your nails for a couple of seconds. When you remove the pressure, the nail will appear white, but should return to a pink colour fairly quickly. It shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds.

This is a quick health tip from Kuffy. I'll post some more if people are interested.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

How about tips for detecting high pressure?

High blood pressure is a different situation, and a bit more complex. High blood pressure is the body trying to reoxygenate muscles and other organs in the body, and I believe it is essential to discover the cause of the high blood pressure. It is not a disease in itself. For example, if you run for a mile, then you will have high blood pressure until you recover from the exercise. It can also be caused by blocked arteries, and if you suspect you have high blood pressure without any obvious reason, you should check it with a sphygmomanometer There are a few symptoms and Google lists these -

Severe headache.
Fatigue or confusion.
Vision problems.
Chest pain.
Difficulty breathing.
Irregular heartbeat.
Blood in the urine.
Pounding in your chest, neck, or ears.

These are too general symptoms. They can testify not only about high blood pressure. There are other reasons for the appearance of such signs.
I’m leading the idea that perhaps it’s worth making a note about it so that people who diagnose these symptoms in themselves do not seek to find a remedy for high blood pressure for self-medication, because the reason may be different, and then a person may and harm yourself with improperly taken medications.

Apparently, the blood pressure can be seen if you press down on your nail on the table.
I wonder which is the correct "response time" in order to realize that your blood pressure is normal. "fairly quickly" is not a measurement that could ensure that the blood pressure is on normal level.

I did say that it shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds. It is about one second for me.
