When price dumps, you hold for it to pump back. Crypto is not a quick rich investment. You can either hold or sell at loss, this also depends on your holding. if you holding bunch of shitcoins, then am afraid, none of the options might work. Sell and bear the loss, or hold, the choice is yours and depends on your type of coins you refer to.

After this big dump happened I personally tried to cash out with minimum loss and reinvested in some profitable cryptos and stocks with great potential.

Based on what I have understood from this your explanation – people should sell their coins once price of the token starts to fall and then hold it in their fiat? Uuhm I don’t really think that is the right way to go. You see, the price of coins can go down and up at anytime , unless you have decided to be a day trader.

Someone who is into Hodl'ing will just invest their money and wait for a long time till the price goes up and they will make profit. That’s why it’s important to learn technical analysis, there are lots of good books that will help you in your journey of learning about technical analysis like the book by J. Murphy. you are right. when a dump occurs, people will wait for prices to stabilize again to determine the decisions they will make. when they are so panicked, and sell their assets when the price is down, of course, it will only put the assets at risk. so, before deciding on an investment, or selling assets into cash, we will certainly wait for prices to stabilize.

Good move but not always sometimes it is better to buy low and sell high for a bit if you already have the profit since the market price of cryptocurrency and either bitcoin is volatile so not all the time the market price is going to increases their are also a lot of times that the market is dump so I think it is better to sell of your investment when you think you already have a great profit and then when the market is dump again that way you could now reinvest your profit for a profit again in the future. Might be better than just investing it for a long term, don't get me wrong it might be a great way of investing but the time it might take I would not take the risk.

Yes, what you said is a very good solution, because at the moment there are very many traders who store their assets in a stable token in order to protect the value of their assets from falling prices, and that makes the assets in the form of cash too much , because the value of cash is always fixed and does not change as it is altcoin.

This question is really a great one, most people out if fear sells once token they buy starts dumping real hard and some do leave it to come up back. But truth is, not every projects you leave to pick up back would definitely pick as some would keep dumping till it dies which is the reason one has to do research before failing in wrong pump and dump.projects. and some would do and still rise, this is actually a matter of knowing a project you are buying so as once dumps you won't sell at lost instead you wait for it to bounce back so u could dump.

Agree with you, we need to stay calm in this market. If we panic when prices collapse, the situation will definitely get worse and we may sell everything at the bottom. I personally have encountered this situation several times and it has helped me to learn more lessons in this market

agree, most of the people who are impatient and are always filled with panic are regrets that will not be found again. when bitcoin goes down actually is the perfect moment to buy and hold it. instead of even doubting and not trusting bitcoin, we know that bitcoin always experiences things like this and is accustomed to it. unfortunately the right time should buy missed because of distrust.
