If i was getting a loss and in this situation, i late to short the market and the only best thing that i can do just try to hodl my token in my wallet. That is a wise decision if you have been bought at the high price you can divert your crypto asset into a stable coin so that you will immediately cut your losses. That is a good strategy if you are at the right timing and if you want to gain profit. But, much better to HODL for a long term purpose is a safe action. In this dip situation of the market price, accumulating is the best thing to do. While Bitcoin price is very cheap in the market may be in the future you will gain profit on it when there is a resistance to the Bitcoin price.

You have a good suggestion, however, the best, most especially since the market is swinging, is to trade. Bitcoin particularly is not stable. Although, holding might keep those who cannot trade or are afraid to trade on a safer side, how long do we want to continue to do that?

When the price is dump, its not the right time to run to tether or fiat.

You ought to dyor and should have converted to usdt or fiat, right before the crash. As a trader or investor, you need to study the market well and make correct decisions too.

And if you refer to buying the dumps, then you are right, you need to have your tethers in hodling and ensure that you do not hodl fiats in cash because when the market is bearish conversion from cash or fiat to tether or bitcoin is at a high rate.

It all depends on situation as of then. There are times I would sell my coins immediately I suspect that the price is going down, and after I sell I wait for when the price has reached what seems to be the bottom and I would buy back and hold till the price goes up to another high rate when I will be able to recover everything I have lost.

If you are going to cut your loss then trading to stable coin is the best option while waiting for the market to recover again but if you believe in your holdings then it is not necessary, you can just hold your assets for a long term one and wait for the price to reach your target selling price. As my experience, this question will be an entry in my first advice. If you don't invest in a huge bullrun then you don't need to worry about the price drop. Every coin has some demand in cryptocurrency, we need to wait until the fill this demand. We don't what will be the last correction price but wait for the exchange listed or volume on exchange.

My advice is to hold those coins that you have! Don't be panic and sell in lost otherwise you'll be regret afterward! Consider this market right now, there's nothing to be afraid of, keep holding! It depends all to btc price and the period, an example is the covid period. What you have to do is monitoring if your coin dump in the pair with btc or in $. In the first case you can set a stoploss and evaluate main projects more profitable at the moment and maybe bought the same amout of coins that you had of the old project when the price arrive to the bottom. Yeah stable coins is safer currency but there is no way that we can make good money investing on this.
