Considering what nonsense is happening in most countries, I’m sure that it won’t reach the blockchain. Some countries do not check all people who arrived from infected countries,
not every infected person is quarantined after arrival, the clinics are full. Now people are clearly not up to the technological component capable of solving the infrastructure problem.

Exactly, it’s happening in my country also highly developed countries those are special in medical sectors. 1st COVID-19 affected patient found in march 08 even who arrived from another country provably Italy. Yes I think that it is very unfortunate for Europe because they are currently affected heavily by the said virus and not only them other countries as well is affected by the pandemic.
