Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH?

I have both popular coins. BNB has the potential for future development. ETH has a good market even though the price is now down. but it is an opportunity to get more ETH. I believe both of these assets will experience a good increase.

BNB is like a sole proprietorship firm, if the Binance exchange experiences bankruptcy there will be high fall in price with BNB.

Ethereum doesn't depend on an exchange to function. The two are different coins for different functions, Ethereum will still be above $1,000. Someday.

I do trust Binance coin more than Ethereum. CZ is a very smart person, you missed that Binance has several services. This year was for Binance USD and 2019 was for Binance Dex. There is no chance of bankruptcy for Binance exchange, if price falls. In 2018 Ethereum price was 1.3K USD, 1K is a very low price for Ethereum in the next bullrun

Well, you have said the truth but never forget that ethereum has been moving more better this time than last year compare to Binance. Although the price of ethereum will see a better surge either before the 2.0 upgrade or after but the upgrade will be a blow for ethereum holders. Also, Binance coin is one of my favourite but can't compare with ethereum when trust is involve.

Obviously we should invest in both of these projects. They are equally good and need not be thought, in the long run I believe that both projects will grow strongly and bring profits to investors.

For me BNB, why? because BNB has a solid platform and earn Million dollar profit a day, as a trade mark coin of Binance i trust bnb than eth, now if you argue with then okay but it is only my personal opinion lol!

Of course, both coins are promising for growth. However, it should be borne in mind that BNB is only basically an over-the-counter coin, while ethereum is much more voluminous in its functional qualities and plays a much larger role for cryptocurrency. If something happens to Binance, there will be a problem with BNB at the same time. Ethereum is more resistant to such troubles.

If you do have good amount of spare money, splitting or placing decent portions for both coins is really advisable.

Obviously we should invest in both of these projects. They are equally good and need not be thought, in the long run I believe that both projects will grow strongly and bring profits to investors.

Both projects are progressive so expect good outcome if you'll going to invest in a long period of time. Both projects are very possible
to have big success in coming future.

I have always trusted ETH the most in all of coins, even more than I trust bitcoin actually. However this doesn't mean that I do not trust BNB neither. ETH is a coin that even though has a project team with Vitalik and the rest is actually quite decentralized, Vitalik could create the eth 2.0 with proof of staking and many more new things but as long as people do not use that blockchain and continue to use the old one there is no way eth would be changed, which means its semi-decentralized at the very least.

BNB on the other hand is ruled by Binance and even though I love and adore Binance both the company and the exchange and I think CZ is a cool guy, its still not a decentralized currency and still controlled by a centralized organization so I couldn't say it is better than ETH (still BNB is awesome too).

Ethereum is truly decentralized and scalable. it offers the best platform for smart contracts. others are imitation. the bnb token is control by a canny person that wants to dominate the market. As the second cryptocurrency on the coinmarketcap, i prefer ethereum for long term than BNB.

Nah, don't compare ETH with BNB when speaking of decentralization as ETH is decentralized while BNB is not.
However, I could agree to some that both are really a good investment and it's very clear that majority here who voted would prefer ETH over BNB.

For me, both have different platform so they can both be successful, or should I say more successful in the future since both had already achieved success at the current level now although we have to say that ETH hasn't recovered its old price yet.

I don't even think this is a debate. Ethereum is simply heads and shoulders above BNB in everything. Adoption, flexibility, use cases and value. Ethereum blockchain has the highest number of projects built on it because of its fluidity, ease and security. Many developers deploy their projects on the Ethereum blockchain simply because of its less complexity and open source nature. Overtime, the trust level of the Ethereum blockchain has become more common and that has led a lot to its massive success and adoption. BNB on the other hand hasn't gotten this much attention and it will take it a while to attain the level of Ethereum. Ethereum is only next to bitcoin in the pecking order.

good for you. at the moment I am thinking the opposite. I believe in the development of ethereum more than BNB. although BNB has a platform that continues to grow rapidly, but I believe more in the function and wide use of ethereum. well, like everything else, I want to wait for the development of ethereum 2.0 at this time, besides, I have always used ethereum compared to BNB.

Is it true ? BNB is not decentralized? Is the reason because BNB cannot be mined? Does that mean all coins that cannot be mined are centralized ?
Or is there another reason why BNB is a centralized coin?

They have their different use cases and I trust these two projects ( ETH, BNB ) because they are top altcoins and their teams are very serious with the project's, for a coin to rise up to top rank like these two the projects will have to go extra miles in determination and hardworking, it's not easy

I think that both coins are good, but ETH will always have a higher level of trust than BNB because of its tried-and-tested blockchain network. Being old, is what gives a cryptocurrency a certain level of legitimacy in the industry. Besides this, ETH is the most decentralized altcoin in existence. I don't think BNB will be able to "topple" ETH anytime soon because it's extremely centralized (even when Binance says otherwise). Both chains will serve their unique purposes in the mainstream world. Whenever people want blazing fast transactions at a fraction of the cost, they'll choose BNB. And whenever they want true decentralization and complete control of their money, they'll choose ETH.

I have a feeling that most businesses and mainstream companies will choose BNB as it's one of the most scalable blockchains in existence today. Everyday people will choose ETH even if fees are high and transaction processing times are slow. That's because they value decentralization more than speed/efficiency. No matter both chain's developments, they'll all be contributing towards the longevity and evolution of Blockchain technology itself. Just my opinion

Exchange coin and ETH I think i will go with the second one I mean basically thats one of the top coins and has lots of backing and support Plus more volume and exchange choices

I prefer ETH over BNB. BNB is only popular because of binance but ETH is a much popular coin and it has a lot of use cases in form of smart contracts. If you want to invest for long term you should prefer Ethereum over binance coin.

i am prefer to choose eth too, moreover they will releaseeth 2.0 in near future. i dont know it will released on this year or next year but most ethereum investors and another investors focus in this fundamental. if this version released , ethereum price rise extremely and maybe binance will left so far with ethereum.

I trust both and I also invest in both but for the percentage, I prefer ETH because this is an old token and more trust for everyone and many have tested it.

These two are sure good altcoins to invest, and I also believe that both will be successful in the future, but I would like to ask the community here if which coin they believe will be more successful in the future. Of course, I trust eth more and the coin should show more growth. BNB is also a promising coin, but there are restrictions it will only grow as the exchange becomes more popular. While eth has a wider use and audience it is still  the second currency after btc.
