Could Ripple’s XRP could reach $1 in 2020 ?

Like most here, I don't see XRP reaching $1 this year however I do believe we will see $1 maybe next year which is why I have started to stack as much XRP as I can ready for when XRP takes off. Some people are saying that XRP could reach crazy prices however I think realistically we could see $5 XRP in the near future and maybe $10 but that is just speculation and my opinion.

What do others here think about XRP reaching $5 - $10 in the near future? 

Currently the downtrend is still overwhelming the coin and a lot of bad news makes ripple not receive the trust of investors. I think it is difficult for this coin to reach $5 because this is a price far from reality and will only make you more frustrated if you choose to invest.

Now there are so many new options for you and it is best to find a better coin than ripple for a better profit.

If other coin that is struggling hard pump almost 300% in just one a week, I don't doubt XRP good do that, if there is a good news and they'll hype it, that is the recipe that it will pump.

XRP has a solid foundation, probably better than BSV, so 1$ is possible on a high rate.

Achieving $1 is really a hard challenge for XRP. Unless, the XRP team decides to manipulate or pump their prices. But the OP is already conservative as I've seen a lot more unbelievable prediction prices for XRP. and since XRP is trying to get as many applications as they can, that price level is feasible maybe not this year but in the coming years.

Now people are not very interested in investing in XRP and crypto in general, because people don't have much money because of the crisis. I think that by the end of the year, XRP could grow to about $0.2-0.3.

If that will not be happening in 2020 then it may definitely happen in 2021 or in 2022 because the Ripple Corporation will not let their baby suffer for longer periods, definitely they will manipulate as per their useful practices to make it value more than $1 as well. Yes, ripple is known for bumping and dumping to manipulate their own markets just to suck the innocent investor's hard earned money. So, the target of $1 is not at all a big thing for them always.

Probably they must be waiting for the bitcoin market to turn into bullish. Because, if you are calculating the value of your coins in USD then manipulating to make XRP attractive will be easier only in bullish market.

In the other thread, there is asking of XRP could reach $5 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2866208.0) it was 2018 and now? We are just targeting $1 ( a deep low as I think) and yes, it is to believe more achievable than that.
But we should have to expect for Ripple to rose high when the market remains of what we have today? The chances are really small. Though we know that it has market potential but it seems to look that XRP price won't go higher if Bitcoin does nothing as devs might not commit to making move either.

I don't remember the moment when cryptocurrency prices were possible to predict. This is a high risk market and anything can happen. However, when it comes to the XRP price, of course, the price of $1 is possible, but in terms of risk of investing, in my opinion, it is too high. The amount of XRP can be increased at any time, which will cause a very sharp drop in price. If you are thinking about investment, Bitcoin or Ethereum will be a much better choice.

Well, personally I don't like BSV at all, though it could pump anytime but I don't see it survive in the long run .
I could think that I'm just putting my money at higher risk investing in BSV,  so I would just choose XRP either although not really my favorite since I'm more fun on decentralized assets like bitcoin of course.

It seems that XRP may grow to $1 this year, but on the other hand XRP will not be able to grow to $1, because the market situation is not the best at the moment, and simply because of bad events XRP is unlikely to grow much in price.

We have to admit that in the epedemic corona situation, the world economy is beginning to be disrupted and it is clear that crypto is at least somewhat disrupted although not severe. so I'm not sure XRP will be able to push up to $ 1, because last year XRP never passed $ 1 and could only be $ 0.5. now with a position of $ 0.19 it will be difficult to be able to go to $ 1.

I do agree with you on better coins to buy for better profit however I do think that XRP will be a good long term hold so I have been buying a little each week but not going crazy on buying it as I do like other coins/tokens better but I think we should all have a little XRP in our crypto portfolio.

It's not. There was no a lot of newcomers interested to buy ripple. People have been choosing to participate in a new crowd sale that already available in some exchange sites. Im even feeling doubt if ripple will get another positive impact caused by the important partnership with softbank has already failed to be successful cooperation.

yes indeed it had previously reached a price of more than $ 1 but to achieve that price again requires a very long time and not as fast as that could happen in 2020 and I think by 2020 the maximum price of xrp in 2020 is $0.3- $0.4 only

actually in January the price reached more than 0.25$ and i though it will continue to grow before the Huge market fail happens in March mid.

But Ripple already Reached almost 4$ value 2 years ago so if ever there will be a growth at least we are not far expecting 1$ price
If Bitcoin Hits 20k again then maybe we will receive more than that value.
