What old coins are you still holding?

Since I entered the crypto market two years back, I can't say I am holding old coins but I still hold FTEC(failed?), UBEX, BNK, TEMCO, and SPN. Not sure what is the future of these projects and their token.

I'm still holding Ferrum Network bounty reward tokens. I've managed to get more from their social mining platform, but havent used a stacking option. I'm observing how the token prices makes +10-20% from time to time and makes a little drop back. At the moment I'm waiting for their  UniFyre wallet to be released and will think about selling or continue holding FRM tokens.

Why I'm holding tokens - somehow project management manages to make token price growth, why I'm thinking about selling tokens - roadmap milestones are being moved frequently.

My coins is not far than old big coins like ETH and Bitcoin. Because i am more believe in hold that, although if see daily, profit maybe look less. But if hold longer we not always think about price movement everyday and will be not more stressful than if we trade daily.

Old coins like ETH and Bitcoin are indeed worth holding because the potential they have is real, this old coin is also one that I still invest periodically. and for new coins outside I also invest, most importantly these coins have real potential.

Other reasons why we hold coins is risk probability. And since in every investment there are risk behind it, we must think about less risk than the others. And that is 1 reason why i pick old coins instead of new coins although chance to get bigger profit is on new coins.

Actually a lot of old coins that I hold up to this moment, but it's all just a collection of my wallets because all there is no value even the coins are dead, so I already do not care anymore and are currently focused on the new coins that have the potential to grow in the future, and old coins are still intact only Bitcoin and ethereum that I have.

From that that I only have a few doge, and of course BTC, I've used a lot of coins back in time, peercoin, digybit, but I didn't hold most of coins, I only keep the big players.

Although my opinion is not necessarily correct, but I am convinced by my opinion that old coins are better than new coins.
Therefore about 70% of the funds I have are holding in old coins. And the old coins that I hold are BTC, ETH, XRP and LTC.
Then about 30% of my funds are held in new coins, namely BAT, BNB and LINK. Hopefully all the coins that I hold when
halving ended up going up to an all time high price.

if you believe NEO as the best altcoin platform then it might be different from me because I see the trading volume of NEO is not too much and I see from the rankings on coinmarketcap that NEO is ranked 20+ and in my opinion this is very bad, more good if you save altcoin assets in the top 10 coinmarketcap.

That's the beauty of crypto, you never know which coin would make you happy. I have many experiences like you! I had an airdrop coin that I wasn’t interested to sell at 30$, left the wallet, even that wallet was hacked by some Indonesian shitty hackers! Suddenly one day, I was checking my wallets in Etherscan, I was shocked because that airdrop coin showing 1250$! I thought it’s fake, but when I searched on google, I found it was trading on Coinexchangeio exchange, then I sold out immediately at 1200$!

When I jump onto crypto in 2016 I was so obsessed with new coins thinking they will turn big like how Bitcoin is today, after 5yeqrs of this mindset 90% of the new coins are into at the time vanished into thing air, that was when I started understanding how safer old coins are, my best bet will always be Bitcoin and ethereum

The coins I have which I kept holding were already delisted in exchanges, tragic in my part really but I believe it still has value if I just go into their platform which I won't. I still have this ICONOMI (ICN) in my Ethereum wallet and have been holding it even when it spikes to its ATH last 2017. I regret not dumping it but it's just there still.

I guess it's just going to be there, I might sell if it someone is going to look for something old and collectible.

Some are going against old coins saying things like they are old, well to me in crypto space old is gold, I prefer investing on litecoin, Bitcoin, digibyte, dash etc because they do things better than new coins of today, new coins are cursed with too much disappointments

I think some people might be holding some pretty old coins but for me,once I get to a certain amount of profit,I sell and take profit I really don't like holding,but my major hold over the years has been bitcoin and Ethereum and binance coin,even though I sell ,I still buy them.

Apart from Bitcoin, Litecoin is perhaps the oldest coin I have in my wallet right now. I lost the vast majority of my LTC holdings when BTC-e/Wex.nz closed down, and then again lost some when Cryptopia ceased its operations. So my current holdings are rather small. Apart from Litecoin, I have some Ethereum and Stellar Lumens in my wallets, but these coins are not that old.

Litecoin is a good-old coin worth looking today. The development team has proposed Mimblewimble for LTC, in order to bring a whole new level of privacy to the Blockchain. If successfully adopted, MW could drive Litecoin all the way to the "headlines" like in the past. It's no secret that Litecoin is faster, cheaper, and much more flexible to manage with than Bitcoin itself. LTC alongside, ETH and BTC, are one of the best old coins you can "hodl" right now.

Another old coin worth mentioning is Dogecoin. I've been "hodling" Dogecoin since I got into crypto nearly 6 years ago. Faucets pay a good amount of DOGE, probably because of its inexpensive price across the market. I know that Dogecoin has an inflationary supply. But the fact that the community still supports it, makes it a good coin to "hodl" for the long term. A great use for DOGE is tipping and micropayments at a fraction of the cost of both Bitcoin and Litecoin. I've noticed that some old coins have been abandoned by people in the mainstream world in exchange for newly-hyped ones. It's not to my surprise, since people are on the look for the next big thing in crypto. Because of this, some old coins have very low trading volume and a low price on the market. What truly matters is not the price, but how useful a Blockchain network is for decentralized and censorship-resistant payments worldwide.

Nonetheless, it's best to "hodl" old coins for the long-term because they've been tried-and-tested over time. Developers have worked hard over the years in order to make these cryptocurrencies resilient against most attacks in cyberspace. That's not the case with newer coins whose technology is untested. If people want to have confidence that their "crypto money" will be safe for many generations, it's best for them to choose an old coin over a new one. Despite this, anyone can decide to support one coin from another. Just my thoughts

Even if I have any such dead coins, I will not tell you, because there is a chance of scams taking all these stale or dead coins. So I'll try to stay away from it.

The only old token that i have today is the iagon token IAG, it has been delisted on an exchange already and presently languishing aimlessly in panxora exchange
The team claim to be very functional as the cloud storage platform is already in place. I hopefully expect a full product launch by quarter 4 and perhaps a new exchange listing to push up the project and token value.

I still have a lot of coins that I am still holding until now, most of them has become shitcoins already.

These are some of the coins I remember still in my MEW wallets until now.
EDG, CENTRA, CRPT, and NPXS,, all of these coins except CRPT are very cheap right now, so I'm hoping for a bull run as it could maybe help for the altcoins to come alive.
