This question often comes up: I scrape the Trust scores on Thursdays, and don't update it when I create this list. Unfortunately, I can't get realtime update for the tens of thousands of users in my Trust list viewer and have to spread my scraping. It will update again next week.

There was a time when I suspected that TYM was farming accounts for these types of "trusted" scams.  He seems like a sneaky bird that way.  I don't believe that TYM and ASU are the same person, but it wouldn't surprise me to learn I'm wrong about that.

As for any connection with the others, it's all speculation.  If the two loan scammers are still around they've covered their tracks well enough that I haven't been able to find a link.

I noticed a several of months ago that suchmoon and I both got bumped from DT, then I got reinstated but he did not.  The following month he was also left out.  I did not ask, but I suspect you are correct that he requested to be removed from DT1 consideration.  I also suspect he requested to be removed from the ranks of merit sources.

In this charity drama, I think cabalism bears the biggest responsibility and is the biggest culprit for all the mistakes made in this case. that's why I can't trust him. And my reason to add them on my ~list.
Also, I had some communication with blankcode, much earlier, I still don't think he had any bad intentions in this case. but a bad way of doing business probably takes him away from recommended escrow, although I still believe in his honesty.
