Safe with bitcoin?

I hope that buying online through internet by bitcoin becomes available and popular in all countries, because it is a safer way than going to the stores and touching the money circulating among people .. But unfortunately, there was not enough awareness about the importance of digital currencies in many countries, in my country I do not find anyone who deals with it even though it is much better than my country currency which collapses dramatically.

That is not likely to happen, we are still very far from mass adoprion. According to some statistics very small number of people is familiar with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and is using it.
Yes, people are more and more oriented to online services and cashless payments but they still use mainly fiat money, just in forms of credit cards and similar. Cryptocurrencies will not replace fiat but under their influence fiat might transforne to some more digital shape.

This will never increase and come closer to adoption if we don't help the crypto currency to be accepted and used by the people and in what way?of course by encouraging then to Use and have Bitcoin and other crypto.

People has now knowledge of this but if we tell them what is it and let them be educated then for sure it will be possible.

we have family and friends and now that can be lured inside this market and we will help the community if we does made them invest even a little amount.

If that person or people realize that the technology will grow every year and something will invent, they will try to follow that technology. And if that new technology is the investment, I think they will want to invest in that investment.

Today we are experiencing a virus and that is the coronavirus or the NCov19 that is becoming pandemic immediately in just a single week and today there are a lot of people still going outside even there is a quarantine. The reason why? They need to go outside just to buy foods and things they need and also pay their bills they are prone to the virus also the virus can now be attached to the tangible things like money if they are already infected and touch the money with the virus it is rapidly spreading immediately. And today it is good to introduce the use of cryptocurrency or the bitcoin using online payment because it is more faster and secured they don't need to go outside too to pay other things they need and it is better if we are spreading those information so they can now made online payment and let's stop spreading of virus.

But still, there are those people that don't actually care, they just wanted to go outside.

It is true that being online is a huge impact in this quarantine, in this lock down but the thing is that fiat is still necessary since not all of the stores are actually accepting Bitcoin.

People are just taking advantage of being online so that they could still earn some money with them having no jobs. Right now it is getting normal slowly but online selling is still a thing and fiat are still being used. There are other ways to pay online though, not just Bitcoin.

Unfortunately, this seems to be true. It's definitely unsafe to shop physically right now, and throughout the quarantine I ordered stuff online way more often than I normally would, but none of those times were I able to pay with Bitcoin. So yeah, it's just cashless payments on the rise, but nothing for cryptos. If the trend of cashless payments persists with more and more people wishing to pay online, the traditional system might get overloaded and the market can open up for Bitcoin at least a bit. But for that we also need clear regulations so that shops can accept BTC without worrying that they might have problems with the authorities.

Whether people want it or do not, technology will invade their necessity that they are going to left with no choice but to use it, besides blockchain technology has no disadvantage so far so why would people refuse to use it? What I want to see in future is that we only have a phone in our pocket that serves as our ID, Wallet, storage etc. not just cryptocurrency as an investment.

Let's have nokia for example, nokia sticked with their old phones even the mobile phones are slowly upgrading into a high tech ones, look at them now they are already sold in microsoft due to bankruptcy.
This will definitely help people to think and realize how worth the innovation of technology is.

Though there are publicities and media hypes but engagement from majorities especially from business sectors still

These past few months or weeks, I knew a lot of people who are panic selling because of financial problem during this lockdown. It is normal for them to spend it because it is their own asset and we have nothing to do with that. But for me, that's not the best option or decision if he can still have a certain budget to survive this quarantine.

If they will spend their bitcoin, they should directly spend and use it as payment method to help the promotion of bitcoin in many transactions. We all know that bitcoin is volatile, as soon as possible, never risk spending it or selling it during this quarantine because it might increase its price in the market.

We just need to be patient and aware of its price in the market. Using fiat as a payment is not a problem and it is the traditional way of payment, but we should also give importance to digital currencies like cryptocurrency to become also a payment method.

The idea of introduction of bitcoin for the use of digital payments is long being discussed and now a lot of people are already using it but majority of the world don't think about it. They prefer using their cards or their local digital payment processors like PayPal as they are more convenient currently than to use cryptocurrencies as normal people are ignorant and they always forget their passwords so how can they remember their wallet seeds!!! I guess day to day use of crypto is still far away from today.

I do not think so because now we can see all around the world bitcoin is so famous that people know it and want to invest in it so its all happened because people found it safe and the name of bitcoin is appearing as best investment so I am hopeful in future almost all the countries will start using bitcoin as a payment we are just sad about those areas who are not having any Internet access so they cannot use bitcoin.

Yes, only a person who closes their mind with something that can give benefit will not accept something new. They will never take that thing even if that thing can really help them. We can not force them to use blockchain technology because they will reject and deny the presence of blockchain technology.

Well said, this time is the good time for online transactions, we should lessen the manual transactions because we are responsible to kill the virus, we can help each and every one by just staying at home and do not make any transactions physically if it is not needed. There are already so many online transactions that we really need for our daily lives, aside from being safe because you are only at your home, you also have a good and faster transaction compared to the manual things. Maybe soon there would be an alternative online transaction for every manual thing, technology is really good at doing that thing, that is why technology is great because it makes our lives easier.

I think this is the right time to adapt BTC/Cryptocurrency as an alternate mean of payment because human to human transmission of virus is very rapid. Many countries including China introduced online payments via WeChat many years ago making it very easy for people to buy products without using paper money. But not all people has the access to online payments. A lot are still relying on their fiat money to go with their everyday lives. People who has debit or credit card are still small percentage as compared to global population. Many people are still not connected with banks. But I do agree, that shopping online and paying online is a better way to avoid further transfer of the virus.

The best thing to do is to go to the banks, withdraw the funds, and deposit it to your cryptocurrency wallet. There, you would not need to worry about transacting and physical distancing because, in the first place, you don't need to go outside as paying your bills could be done through the phone.

With people always negating the idea of bitcoin and digital currencies, I think it's time for us to take advantage of the situation and to make them feel the urge and importance of digital transactions in accordance to the crisis. I have one relative that sanitizes her money in order to buy good from the market. I advised her to use crypto because no matter how much she sanitizes her cash, she's always got a change to sanitize and it's very inconvenient just to make sure her transactions are safe.

It's indeed a good idea to maximize the use of cryptocurrency especially in a crisis like this where the virus can't be seen but when we say online transactions, there are other options other than crypto and I think that's what people are trying to adapt first before crypto. I have seen in my country that a lot of people are already selling and buying things online, but they still use fiat in paying because for them that's more convenient which I totally understand as well.

But we can also use this opportunity to start teaching friends and family about crypto and spread awareness about this innovation because it will be a big help today and even in the future. It was really helpful to people in this pandemic time...and with all of that, we need to be very careful in exchanging money and other transactions in different ways. In order to be safe, we need to secure our wallet, put too much care like in real life wallet, as we are in control of our money.
