By this time i had only received 3 bitcoins, but by this time i should have received much more, and now if i open my order, he is clear and they changed addresses for BTC receive in both orders, no info about old transactions etc.

Why would people use blackbox mixer with risk of owner running away with money, when there is JoinMarket running multisig CoinJoin mixer, where money cannot be stolen and everything is decentralized and open source? I am really curious.

As we are growing in popularity there has been a steady rise in users trying to scam or extort us with DDOS attacks and other 'ideas'.

If you do not trust us - which is a good thing as you shouldn't trust anyone with your coins, then split your order into smaller mixes and download the Letter of Guarantee.
We are one of the few mixers that offer PGP signed Letters of Guarantee which will be valid and honored even if our service goes down.

There is a big update coming for our service which will be announced later this week.

Good day im exploring the mycryptomixer and I would like to give feedback too.

Red colors - just for some I think might need to improve?.

1. UI you have a good color combination and a nice transition for your website.
2. The calculator is good you can have knowledge of how many coins you will receive. One thing that gives me amazing is the service fee with a calculator it responds quickly thumbs up for this.
3. You have a faster transaction.
4. The leverage is good.
5. I think you have a minor bug on your "How to mix?" because when I always click it does not respond quickly
6. Also on your footer, the Blog, How to mix, why mix coins, what is mixing, takes time to load, as a user I expect this may be a lag, or not working.

With your stance and been existed for 1 and a half years, I believe that you've been aware of these scamming issues, or someone pretending or acted that they have issues with their mixing transactions. You have nailed it, the team is not responsible if a user lost their transaction history, which has that PGP signed Letter of Guarantee is very important to back up all the said transactions.
I've sometimes use mixer also but I'd never encounter lost transaction, wrong balance send, or any issues. If we are correctly put the receiving address and the amount to send, it all be fined and surely it arrives at its destination. I'm not sure if those complaints above are valid or not (no offense to them).

Sorry for the long delay but I had to be away from PC since last weekend. This is a one man operation to keep the highest privacy possible. Sometimes things outside your control just happen and there is nothing you can do.

As for the transaction, it was not processed properly. The reason being a memory leak preventing our system from registering new transactions.

The system have successfully restored itself after 28 hours and all transactions have been processed retroactively. We delete transaction info after 24 hours, meaning the transactions confirmed within 4 hours window after the incident were lost. Automatic system checks have been modified to avoid such losses in the feature.

I am currently browsing through the contacts for any reports, dispatching the funds manually. Please send me the LoG so I know where to send the funds. If you wish for the funds to be send to a different address than the ones specified in the LoG, please attach a message with new destination address. The message must be BTC encrypted with the sender address or one of destinations specified in the LoG.

After a longer analysis I have identified 2 other transactions like this, all being much smaller amounts.

I am really sorry for the arising situation, considering the hundreds of transactions processed without any troubles and a few dozen automatically restored after the failure, a result of only 3 stray transactions is very positive. Lesson have been learned and hopefully in the future no transaction will be lost in unexpected scenario as the one here.

Currently waiting for contact with LoG's in order to refund these orders.
