At least Q4 of this year because i don't want to be disappointment so i will go for the whole year of finding cure.
day after day it is getting worst here in our country so i hope this is enough time for us to find for the answer killing this virus.

I’ve gone for Q4 2020. I was watching the news recently and they had a small segment on an ‘expert’ who believed that this was only the first wave of the virus and a second wave would hit the world in September. All sounds very depressing  Hopefully this will not be the case .

But who says that we will have to be in quarantine/self-isolation when second wave hits? For me personally "this madness" is not being able to go out and socialize with others. The disease itself is not madness for me. It's just another type of flu that scientists will, sooner or later, find a vaccine.

I voted for Q2 2020, im just hopeful that this pandemic end as soon as possible.

In the current situation it seems the crisis will take long period before we overcome it but thinking positive can somehow give us a relieve that this will be resolve in the coming days.

Lets just hope that the vaccine or treatment to address the virus will discover by the scientist.

I voted Q4 of 2020 but my main reason that I voted that time frame is that, yes the WHO is saying that the virus is "controllable" but still no vaccine at this moment and the first Quarter of 2020 is almost at its end already.

There are some articles saying that a vaccine will be made in 12-18 months time and although I don't believe in this statement, there is a slight chance that this will happen. Researchers and scientists around the world are claiming that they've created a vaccine into it and some countries are using a made vaccine already but for other viruses. These are at its testing process right now but if one of this will be successful then at around Q2 to start of Q3 the virus will be totally controlled and the number of cases will start to go down.

I would go with Q2 considering all the top experts in healthcare are working on finding the vaccine for this virus and definitely we would have the anti dote soon . So, once we have it this would be distributed in the entire world or country may prepare accordingly and people will get the medicine of it and will start recovering in this time frame. So, by Q2 end hopefully things would be sorted and all will be in the good heath again.

I've voted Q1 2021. Because for me it's hard to contained this kind of spread, person-to-person and from contact to contaminated surfaces, so I guess that allowed can't be stop in the next coming months as the numbers of victims keep growing.

As far as the vaccines goes, might take some time for the scientist to discover as this is a new strain and might take longer than expected.

I have voted Q3 2020. I doubt that it will end in the next three months because the number of cases is still growing day by day. I'm just basing on my country and it's increasing do fast. What more for other countries that have more cases like Italy. Perhaps during this period, doctors can properly handle the situation for every patient and that cases will decrease but we cannot say that it will totally end. I just hope that they can make antidote sooner. Also, I think that in this period, doctors already have an antidote or medicine for this virus but the second quarter is not enough to provide enough medicine for every infected patient and to distribute it around every country that is affected by the virus. So I guess by the third quarter the year, everything is already stabilized and we can finally go back to our normal lives without worrying about getting infected by the said virus, unless another virus will emerge out of nowhere. But I hope that sooner, everything will be back to normal.

so it looks like they really are serious about handling this case.
even after claiming to have recovered from the virus, they sent volunteer doctors from their countries around the world to help deal with the case.
just asking, will I get a prize if my guess is correct?

If you will recieve prices for prediction then there are also many people to win since the choice is very limited .
Its possible to Q2 of this year,  the decision of china is good to help other country after they survive with the deadly virus in thier own way, helping is the best thing they do  even here they give medical supplies to help our country .

I voted for q2 because I want this to be over as soon as possible, this virus is destroying our normal life, as a gambler I want to go out and gamble sometimes and also play with sports betting, but for now, it's not happening since they halted the season. This is large scale crisis and I am hoping even by Q2 it will be done but if we say totally done I guess by Q3 so I voted for it. I am always hoping professionals will have the cure by Q3 and they I know they are serious to end this pandemic so that timeframe was likely to end it.

I have selected Q1 2021 as by that time a vaccine to cure this virus should be out for public. They say it will take a minimum of six month to a maximum of 18 months for a vaccine to be officially released for the public.

Considering the number of months left in this year which is 10. I have come to a logical conclusion that this virus will be stopped by first quater of 2021.

Most of the researchers says that corona virus will at least stay here for 3 to 6 months so Q3 could be the right time for this madness to get end.If it gets longer then more lives we are going to lose from this infection.Whole world is under recession already and probably depression will appear in the next few weeks.

China announces they will be back into normal in April but they are already facing wave 2 for the last two days since people from other countries causing community spread in their nation again.We don't have medicines yet,we only have social distancing to tackle the spread.

Usually vaccines do take a year to be fully developed. I don't think either that it would consume such time span considering the current environment, materials, discoveries, and ideas that we have right now compare to what we have before. Humanity have evolved from creating those medical stuff. The thing is that virus could cope with the environment where it was in, thus, it would be complicated (though it was complicated in the first place). Anyway, let us just hope that someone out there could carry it on, Earth have suffered too much in this 1st quarter of 2020, and let us hope for a better run in the next several months.

This time everyone is required to do self-awareness so as not to do activities outside the home if it is not important.
In my country, a government ban has been implemented regarding people who make a crowd somewhere.
Even infected people are still there every day.

hard measures  soon we will see the end of corona, but I am afraid about what's coming after! Inflation because of the massive

That's how some of the threads goes here in the gambling discussion. Sometimes it takes a few days for discussions to go through.

Depends, it's already looking good on the side of China so things could turn out for the better in the near future for other countries. And we're seeing some improvements as the difference between the number of new cases this day and yesterday was at least a thousand.
