Because every people who joined every team wants to make money from crypto, so that makes them create new coins or token, the new project will difficult to compete with bitcoin and ethereum because bitcoin is the leader in the crypto world. But that new project can compete with the other project which has almost the same function as the others. But we don't know which project will be a scam because every project will say that their project will be better than the other project.

Crypto space will be looks like this, and if there is a change in the crypto space, I think that will be the new interface, but the idea will almost the same as the previous projects. But we don't know what will the crypto space looks like in the future, and we need to follow the crypto space journey so we can understand what will happen in the future.

You should understand not all of coins are scam. The majority of the new coins used to be tokenization and that has the same meant as asset or stock. The new coin without any purse has already made crypto can be called as a scam but this is not totally true. You should make the differences between how it's possible.

I can't see any marketplace have a few projects or product. In every single marketplace have competitors. So quantity of coins is not a problem for crypto currency although it's proofs that how much people connecting with crypto currency everyday. Mainly crypto currency is based of decentralize so any people can start their project with their idea. But the truth is those project will be stand always which are reliable and understand about crypto currency. And those are always be dead which are try to people scam and try to make full their own bag.

I think if that would be case even then the value would have defined by smaller units like in decimals the same model that we have for bitcoin and smallest unit is called satoshi. You are trying to say, 20 of each coin only? Then, yeah, the prices are going to be really high. Like really really high. But wait a minute, it can also be valueless. It all depends on the demand. If crypto currencies survive and people still use it, then the prices are going to be really high. Only billionaires would be able to hold one whole coin. This is because of scarcity. The demand would be more than the amount available. People would be using very small fractions of coins.

The majority of the new projects come with the improvement from the old protocol. They are only adding more features to the existing code. Old coins are not having strong fundamental in term of usability but it has a very good reputation that must be a very good thing to be used by us as the reasons to invest in the major coins.

That would result to higher prices of coins but that is quite impossible. Quantity isnt the problem, its the quality. Most coins and tokens on the market have variety of size and of value. If the market will be reduced to 20, then expect a growth but of course, the market will not be result to that, since most will complained and this is impossible to happen on a decentralized space.

I cannot imagine what will happen with the market if the coin only has 20 coins that can be traded. But perhaps, we will see what was happening with bitcoin when bitcoin entered the market for the first time. The price itself will not be too high as we expected because the coin is not too many, and we can try to buy all of the coins. But the adoption will still continue especially from that 20 coins can spreads in out there so people can know and they will try to trade all of the coins. Soon, the market will grow as what we see now, and we also see the list will become bigger, and that 20 coins will have a high price at the market.

Less option for investors with less capital to put into the market. They'd be much getting into the penny stocks than in crypto market with just 20 options with high value and high risk involve. Whales can manipulate it easy with over thousands of coins, I have ono idea what will happen to the 20.
