For sure, YOBIT also joking? Like it's not really legit, like those trade transactions/order books/volume of Toilet Paper Token on their exchange. The only difficulty here is, what if someone will get fall on this and bought some of those tokens and then they will decide to dump all and the price will go to lower or worst is to zero. This is extra level of April Fools prank.

I thought this was all joke till i i open the market link to yobit where the token is trading, like trading is real going on there. Toilet Paper Token, is it a joke, what was the primary function of this token? investors should be careful while dealing with this kind of projects to me its kinda weird name of all the name they can choose why they name it a Toilet Paper project it sounds odd to me, by the way, Yobit is known to list weird projects so it's not a big deal with them but for investors observe precautionary measures before you dealing those project.

I don't think this is an April fool prank because they totally listed the token in subject and trade is already ongoing. It just amazed Yobit love to scam people through there shitcoin listing, the part that hurt is that they are so good at it and in covering their tracks.
