It's really metter of sorrow for them who lost their assests. Although hacking isn't a new incedent in Crypto industry and its known to all that, fund isn't safe in exchanges wallets but it's not possible to trade without putting money on exchange. but it's really disappointing when its top exchanges are being hacked. Hope security system would be update soon to prevent this kind of incedents

Once again, I would advise that you guys do not keep your assets in the exchange wallet, it is not safe in any way.
I have been a victim from this hacked cases and yesterday i can get my assets through converting it into the ORN and then withdraw em all from the kucoin.

It looks like this will need a very long time process as the total hacked that happened with kucoin was 3 times more than binance.
Kucoin was also making all of coins on its exchange sites to do that swap process for the hacked tokens.

Due to being busy, I could not search about it. But thanks for your information, And of course this is a lesson for newcomers that sometimes it is dangerous to hold crypto assets in the exchange wallet.

It's time for you to update this topic again. Liquid exchange was hacked on 13 November. However, this time the hacker could not take the money. Only users' personal information is taken. Below you can read the blog post of Mike Kayamori CEO Liquid exchange.

FTX might be added (not sure that any hack is confirmed yet).

The Wall Street Journal at least wrote something about investigating after hackers.. Roll Eyes

On the other hand, it can be an easy way to pocket some funds. Who knows.
Only way to prevent this happening is to stop using centralized exchanges altogether..
