My favorite sport is playing badminton. Because I feel very happy in the process of playing badminton. This is one of the good forms of exercise and nothing much even required. Just little open space and a rope and can be afforded by any of them and helps in various ways. Some of them you have already mentioned and not also without any much requirement can be done. I also love skipping.

I like swimming most. I feel so much fun when I swim. I want to keep improving. I used to love cycling. I have played in mountains and roads. I have a light hobby of basketball and football. Now I suddenly found myself fascinated by archery and paragliding...

basketball. When I was a student, how many times did I practice layups under the rim under the scorching sun at noon. My favourite sport would be tennis. I used to play when i was young with my brothers and dad. Those were good times for me, they bring back old memories.
Nowadays I used to play with friends before all this Covid-19 chaos broke out. I really miss doing sports.

My favorite sport is playing basketball. I think basketball is an interesting sport, it will give me a sense of accomplishment. Basketball is a kind of companionship to me. My favorite sport is swimming. I feel sincerely happy and at ease in the water. This kind of happiness has nothing to do with ‘dopamine’. This only comes from the thing of swimming itself. I really like the moment I jumped into the pool, the sudden leap of my body, and then I fell into the water quickly, feeling the cold stimulation of the water on my skin.
