I am not familiar with such as website who could improve your real trading skill. Perhaps you will find lots of articles about trading strategy but it wouldn't much helpful if you are totally new on the trading.I will suggest find someone form you known and nearest person who could teach you trading then start with small amount of fund rather than big amount to learning purposes and improve your skill. If you do not find such as person then you may learn on YouTube as well. But be careful, just learn how to trade, don't follow their strategy or predictions. There is lots of scammers might scam your fund somehow since you are not much familiar with crypto industries. Also without do trading by yourself its impossible to improve your skill. So choose a best exchange I will prefer Binance since you are fully new and start with small fund for learning purpose. Then read more and more about trading and improve yourself. No need to actually give you a specific video link but just hit the search button on Youtube and type "crypto trading basics" or something along those lines.

For your question about "upgrading your trading skills", it will all depend on how far you learn from reading and watching useful resources. You need to actually engage in trading for you to be able to upgrade your trading skills. In reality, there are chances that you need to lose more before becoming a good trader.

I agree with the fact that if he's just getting started, he should focus more on resources that will provide him with basic informations before going in for more advance ones. I can't recommend any specific "websites", but make sure you are looking at a article that actually wants to teach its readers how to trade. I have seen many articles that "try to teach users how to trade" but is actually shilling for a coin or being biased towards a specific coin. Try looking for different sources and I am sure you will find on with a good explaination.
Also, just learning won't help. Try to gain experience too. Invest very small amount while learning so that you can see what mistakes you make and learn from those mistakes.

When i am a starter before, I just stayed in trading section of this forum. And believe me, when I think I can't relate tot he topic before because there are some vague terms, i do my DYOR. Also, one tap of a google will show you many infos about trading. If you want to also try it out as a beginner, there are video tutorials already available in youtube that is very useful for you.

in my experience trading is not something you would learn by reading books and guides and things like that, although they are excellent resources to get you started on your learning journey. trading is something you can truly learn when you actually start doing it. start by looking at the charts and only guessing the trades then start with a small amount of money.

Never forget that you can't learn without actually doing it, traders become traders because they actually been doing that for a while and that gives them the experience they need. There must be multiple good websites for sharpening your trading skills. The resources from which we can learn must be available in unlimited numbers but how you will be making use of them is the key here. Definitely only one website will not be enough for anyone to become a professional like trader. At the same time, we cannot learn all the things from the websites itself. It could be only 40% of what is actually requiring for becoming a professional trader and the rest are depending on how effectively we are practicing in the live environment.

There you can learn effective trading methods and apply it at crypto. Depositing and withdrawing is not that important to be looked for because every exchange out there has a tutorial on how to do that because it is the only first thing to be done.

However for improving trading skills as the OP says, it is not possible to comment unless the OP evaluate their available skills. In fact the first thing that I would suggest the OP is to learn to read between the charts and understand to correlate with the news of that market. If these things seem to work then try using that knowledge to predict movements. If this does not work then there is possibility of pump and dump and wash trading.

Although your second statement is correct, the first statement kind of voids it. Youtube does have good tutorials but there is a bigger prevalance of the "influencer" type of youtubers nowadays. Similarly for crypto niche youtubers if they are being hired by ICOs, exchanges to paid promotions then you will never know it but they will shill it properly. Bitcointalk forum is also a good source to collect experiences from other traders. I'm not sure if someone has mentioned it already but, Investopedia has a few courses. Paid as well as free. You could look into it. It is very helpful. I just bought the paid courses  for derivative trading. Will review it once im done with it. Alternatively, You could just google about what aspect of trading that you want to learn. Well, that is right. I learned trading from my friends who was an old crypto trader. Until now he is my adviser in trading, --sometimes he sent a video of a trading tutorial to me and later that he is the one who also explained me how it works and what those critical points that I should always remember.

There are some scenarios that a coin is on trend, meaning the volume increases due to lots of buys.
Usually is it not good to buy on that time, unless you bought it on a lower price. But there are times that you need to consider buying during the pump. If you think that the coin will go to the moon and you based that from good analysis, then be it.
But it is safer just to wait it to go down again than buy it on higher price during pumps. One example is the pumping of dogecoin lately. There are traders that bought doge at 50 to 57 satoshis each. Then what now? It's a loss for them since doge slowly went back to 30+ sats.

That is a good idea because we can be wrong at times and comparing our own analysis with some signal groups can give an idea because if you are expecting a coin to pop off very soon and the groups are giving similar signals then there is a good possibility that the coin might pop off very soon.

The problem though is that most of the signal groups on telegram are scam and the ones that are genuine require you to pay a particular fees which is not an issue but you don't want to pay fees to a fraud group which promises signals and then sends incorrect absolutely random and worthless signals which are never going to be true and the fees you deposited is gobbled up.

I don't think learning how to trade by reading is bad. Of course, experience is the best teacher but if you don't know the basic  concepts like candlesticks, indicators, using chart patterns etc, It becomes hard to trade.  What I recommend is:
1. Learn about the basics first using resources available on YouTube and Babypips.com. These days, YouTube is the best place to learn anyway.
2. Next thing would be to practice. Paper trading and demo trading comes in handy at this point
3. Start trading with real money but with a good risk management strategy and trading system.

In my personal trading experience opinion no website can teach you trading until you work on ground. From 2017 i am engaged with trading without any website help. I just working with experienced people and own research that helps me to learn more and more about trading.
Before trading target some tokens and research 30 days there portfolio, market analysis, roadmap etc then start with slow investment. if you invest 10 tokens initially 5/6 tokens may you made lose then research what your mistake.

I just take good moment when trading by checking and keep going on with twitter and telegram good or bad news when entry on future trading, always have an update when some coin have good news like burning supply coin, have new partner and in twitter you will get always bad news when some coin got hack. Just check your twitter and always get notification on some coin you think become worth for holding or investing, I check twitter each hour and looking which one coin have new or good news for buying and will make short position on future after bad news on some coin project, until so far always worth with get profit.
