Looks very interesting idea humans as cryptocurrency miners but what will they mine, Assets of digital gold maybe the number is 666 looks like he is the beast lol
This is just my opinion I rather not patent all of my idea and theory as a gesture and signs on how we should build a new Government called Hexagon Automata. Patenting is a really old idea I say it is from the triangle obsolete order. We should just share all the resources and everything we have to build one body of the United Hive System where we can just explore the universe and colonize the solar system. An idea where I believe we can advance further away from slavery and achieve peaceful freedom.

What would be the significance of something like this? I read the patent info and don't understand how Microsoft could make use of a body monitoring cryptocurrency. Sounds like a dystopian currency with big brother always watching which would immediately be repelled.

SUMMARY
[0005] Some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure may use human body activity associated with a task provided to a user as a solution to“mining” challenges in cryptocurrency systems. For example, a brain wave or body heat emitted from the user when the user performs the task provided by an information or service provider, such as viewing advertisement or using certain internet services, can be used in the mining process. Instead of massive computation work required by some conventional cryptocurrency systems, data generated based on the body activity of the user can be a proof-of-work, and therefore, a user can solve the computationally difficult problem unconsciously. Accordingly, certain exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure may reduce computational energy for the mining process as well as make the mining process faster. You do what we want. We monitor your brain or your body to confirm that you've done it. Then we pay you. This really does sound appalling. Total surveillance, using crypto as a lure. And apparently it's 'good' because it's not as resource-intensive as PoW...

Implementation of such a system of control over humanity is very convenient for the world government, because if you leave only one digital currency, you can not only track all transactions, but also prohibit the use of the system to an undesirable person.
Just imagine that we will all someday have a chip containing all the information about us, our movements and all our money. Let's say if my actions are not liked by the government all the funds on my family's chips will be canceled and we just can't buy food in the store. This could indeed become digital slavery and total control over a person's will and thought.

You may be right there but I think it depends on who is in control of the world government leader who understands his flocks would not do such a bad move thing as fully controlling his people. I believe that transparency is a must but we need to preserve human privacy too. Let's say this chip can only track the record of your super evil deed murder, adultery, etc.. and not invade your other privacy stuff such as what humans normally do in private love and such.

That's a big warning sign it's like surrendering your freedom to do things and they will let you decide what you are going to do and they will compensate you on all your activities, the information is not fully complete but interesting to find out on how they are going to control the people in exchange for money.

Right now you can see the division of people into those who already know what awaits us and those who have not even heard of chipping. The worst part is that such actions against a person violate their privacy rights and depersonalize them. Many of the world's religions oppose the chipping, but it seems that the authorities have simply spat on religions and will discriminate against people who refuse to be chipped in order to create a society under their control.

Do you have a phone? Do you have a strawman? I don't see how that's relevant. Big tech companies look at patents like lottery tickets. I think MS has almost 100k of them. If someone comes up with an idea that might be successful at some point in the future, step 1 is patent it. They probably thought it might be valuable some day for a health related mobile app. You know it was filed almost 10 years ago right? What made you click on it...it was the click bait headline on a conspiracy site wasn't it...

Currency that monitors your movement will be very useful in controlling the spread of those new trendy schweet viruses that will be all the rage. Not too many leave their wallet at home...especially when its attached to you.Don't forget to set it for "automatic updates".New release may not be free of charge though although each new release of virus will ~ID20 20

Your assumptions aren't evidence that there aren't malevolent motives.

I know a lot of the conspiracy sites mention that, but from what I can tell the patent is for a back-end and what it does with data received from 'the device of the user' (which could be a phone, watch, patch, etc) Do you think the patent is for a device that's embedded into human skin?

Do you think the patent is for a device that's embedded into human skin? Conspiracy sites like M.I.T.? https://stm.sciencemag.org/content/11/523/eaay7162.full

Let me know if you find anything that excludes that potential. Maybe you can jibber some more about conspiracy sites. Better than admitting you have no argument right?
