In that case, they should provide proofs that they're gonna be listing in the top exchange sites. It probably good to hear to the investors that its a great move for the project. We're always telling to the newbies that they should research from their own and gathered some real proof that its true. Its only few project that are continue releasing their project and few from them are not listed in the top exchange sites but make some really good move in marketing. They still become successful and avoid another failed campaign.

when all is just a plan and there is no official statement of cooperation then it will not give any certainty to investors. even for IEO also does not provide the certainty they will be listed on the same exchange. It all depends on how the agreement is made.

I've seen few projects that decieved investors into thinking that they will list on binance or okex and Kucoin without these exchanges confirmation, my advice is once a project claim they are going top exchange do not hesitate to go to the top exchange social media, if the listing is legit the exchange will atleast say something about it. It was back then I us d to believe projects when they make announcements regarding their listing but after binace notified everyone that they do not support listing announcement from projects without them doing it first I had toake a U-turn. Top exchanges makes announcement of their listing first so any projects that announces that first is probably looking for how to get in investors to definitely scam them or get their attention. Any projects saying they are going to be listed on Binance in particular or listed Binance on their website as a future exchange to list on is just looking to scam you or rob you of your money. Binance will never allow any team say they are getting listed on their platform, Binance is the one that use to break the news.

I still like the projects team who make their listing to be a surprise to their community. I could remember when Cartesi team were still t the developmental stage of their project, they never disclosed that they're going to list on Binance until it was time to do that. That is a great move and that is what other projects should imbibe.
So, saying the name of exchange when there are still many days, weeks or months before the listing is of no use. Some promised and never fulfilled them.

Yes mate your observation is correct, back then many ICO's are using those lines "Soon to be listed ****" that was misleading. Because most of the popular cryptocurrency exchange has required the *NDA protocol or (Non-disclosure Agreement) meaning if that project is not yet confirmed to list on that exchange. Then they are not authorized to share any of such information. Because they are prohibited to disclose any information without any finality of everything.

This is very important information. So we should not be easily fooled by certain listing and collaboration plans with exchange top until there is an official announcement from the exchange. The rise of this type of fraud makes top exchanges like Binance always give a warning that do not trust anything related to cooperation until there is an official announcement from Binance.

I totally agree with your comments. In this cryptocurrency market, there are too many scam projects. You must be well-equipped with knowledge and experience to avoid investing in fraudulent projects. If you have doubts about the ability to list on major exchanges like Binance or Houbi, you can go to those Telegram groups to ask the Telegram admin whether those projects will actually be listed on the Binance exchange or not.

Yes, and we also have to look at IEO as best we can, because IEO in a bad exchange is also not good to follow, because the potential to deceive many people also exists, because project teams sometimes deliberately set a trap for investors through IEO on exchanges that are small.

I think the integrity of a project team is the most important factor as regard the success of any project. There is no way a project can deliver on her promise to investors if the team members are not trustworthy, such kind of team run away with investors funds, dump tokens on the market or do all sorts of shitty stuffs

When the project announce to their community that they are planning to list the token at the top exchange platform, it doesn't mean
it is sure 100% of course not, its their plan only where in the end they could change that things at any moment for sure. Unless, they are funded
with a big budget for their token something like that.

I think there is no need to invest in or promote such a project whose lie is confirmed by a third party or whose claims are rejected by a secondary platform or project, although there are many flaws or allegations against some projects still they prove to be good ones in the end so you never know it largely depends on team's intentions.
