The professional trader promised to pay profit monthly which is supposed to be a fixed ROI.

It happened that the traders was actually faithful to the promised payment for a certain period.

Is there an agreement between the two regarding this? Mainly the money is used for other investments, not according to the agreement? If so, doesn't this mean misuse of investment and can be punished?
But if there is no agreement, of course, this cannot be proven and money will be lost in vain.

I will not beleive others to do the investment and will not use the services although that is my family memeber. Because I am aware that money is very senstive. I will better use certain exchange, buy the coin,and save the coin on walletor even do staking while holding in tursted exchange only.

All of them are scams! If some professional trader has the capability to trade and earn a good amount of money every single day/month, why he would need other people's money? This is the first thing to understand. The behavior is very similar to ponzi schemes and must be avoided by all means.

2. I've seen some Telegram group that sell trading services and signals advice. How do we know if they are good to do business with?

3. Is Telegram escrow system a scam  or not?

Same answer is applicable here as well. If someone has the capability to predict the market, he will use his own money to become rich. Why he would sell it to the public for a little fees?

I am not sure about telegram escrow system. Do you mean it is an official feature of telegram? I haven't seen anything as such!

Do not ever trust your money to anyone or anything other than yourself. All those telegram/youtube/tiktok/whatever traders are all scammers. They rent lambos to take pictures in order to dupe people into believing that they somehow made a lot of money trading when in reality, they are just scamming people out of their money. Do not listen to them and do not buy their courses or any subscriptions to trading groups.

I really do not understand how people keep falling for those scammers.

When things are just becoming too good to be true, then we should always be alert with that. All those telegrams are just scammers playground and that they will never stop from deceving people especially if they can see that you are just very easy to be manipulated. Learn on your own and gain all the experience, be it losses or gains. You will gain self- advantage in the end.

I've seen so many attempts of this kind in my country since the last bull run. 99% of people claiming to be professional traders, coaches and leaders are scammers. Probably these guys don't even trade anything. It's likely they just run ponzi schemes, using the funds of new investors to pay the oldest ones until the pyramid collapses, once new investments slow down.
It's funny how so called experts lure newbies to invest: they show themselves making hundreds of thousands of dollars daily at platforms like binary options, exhibit luxurious cars, apartments, clothes, accessories, lifestyles... Then they offer e-books for free that will make you rich, but you need to join their telegram group before and bring your friends as well. Sadly, these guys still have fan clubs.

Its not really advisable to ask other traders to do the work for you even you consider this particular person as trusted.

Its best to do it yourself, learn to be a trader using your own knowledge and experience. Because it feels good to earn if you know you gain it through your hardwork and not because of other people.

You are right, it is never good to do it, in fact I know several people who are unable to make trading decisions if it is not with a group of signals or with bots that advise them what movements they should make. Some traders learn and train, I know several who without studying is like a special talent that they have to see the movements and do them to win, it is very difficult for them to make mistakes, but in reality they do them very well, in my particular case yes I have read several books and I feel that there is still much to learn, for now the market is difficult for me to determine, therefore I do not dare to trade, because it would be like gambling.

^ For those who are in trading that did not know how to trade and rely upon a group to gain knowledge, they are jumping into trading because they heard about profit, not the knowledge. Human instincts are very trying hard, they will do in a different way just to earn money and probably they think trading is an easy way of making money which is the fact it is not.
We have several cases like this, but I hope more of them have learned the mistake that is a part of our life and in trading, there must a mistakes to be learned.

Doubt if you think the offer is already out of normal context of things. We can't expect everyone to be honest especially if they are offering their services. They are always over exaggerating of things just to entice naive users that will send them their hard-earned savings. These scammers will try and try their best to fish gullible individuals who are hoping for high profits at a short period of time.

You dont have to ask all of these if you will only trade by your self than letting 3rd party to do this for you , if they can trade then why not you?

this will only need time, effort and understanding .

never be too greedy and never rush , take your time and learn little by little , and with those? surely you will settle for good in the future.
