I heard many similar stories, people without access and knowledge give money to people who are so-called experts to do the job instead of them and to deliver profit in the end. How people find those so-called experts, of course they advertise their services where ever they can, they hunt pray all over the internet.
What we should learn from these stories is work on your education! Try to learn how to do it yourself, risk is always present, but in the end it's better to take that risk on yourself, to learn how to lower that risk, to always have an exit plan. If you give someone else to do the job instead of you, there is always a chance that he will run away with your money, or he will lose it and you will not know how, and what can you do after that!?

Even you know if you have good skills in trading then your risk chance is to low so quote to the most important thing learned and follow professional traders. One of the worst things in crypto, following the signals from the unknown person. Before joining crypto trading we should have knowledge about the trading because the crypto market is completely different and basic things are very important, before investing we should research about the coin we are investing and it will help us to make a profit.

Signal in here mostly are shits and don’t really brings profit because many of them are just giving random guessing and not really literate in this analysis.
I have been here for years and what i see in social media groups signals are nothing but trash.

You do not trust any other person with your bitcoin. Simple as that? I mean why would you trust someone else with your money when you can do it yourself? Sure if you are not really a great investor and you can't trade, just don't do it? There are investments that are so simple that requires nothing. So, just go to bank and open an interest savings account, simple as that.

However if you really want to make a lot of money, and you risk it by giving all your money to someone else, you kinda deserve to lose all your money, there is nothing you can really do to make that much money that quickly. I agree with most part of your reply but look there are good traders who actually lack bankroll and some people want to back up such traders trusting their ability to read and interpret the market situation.

I would say that yes trust your bitcoins with people you believe are good at trading but ask their personal details and verify it with them, if possible visit them (not during the current situation but I mean in general) and do some legal paper work such that in case of loss how would the loss be covered and shared between all involved investors and traders.

All the offers like "trade advices" or "trade signals" are sort of fraud. Never trust any Telegram group. If you want to earn by trading, you should trade yourself, investigate the market, watch the news, and understand why you expect the coin is going up or down. No other ways.

There are no professional trader that is promising to pay a fixed amount of profit based on the investment to get the ROI, There's no one I promise you. If someone promise you that it is simply a scam to deceive you lucrative offer like that. There's a bunch of investment scam like these before and I'll tell you that the number of people scammed are massive.

As far as I know etoro is a website that let you do a copy trade. There are statistics of traders out there so you can pick who trader you will copy. I think the results of those stats are credible enough.

Simply, I will not believe in someone or companies or groups that offer investment services even with high ROI or other profit promises. I will trust myself to do the investment or by trading. Although they are the people who I know in the real-life, although they are probably family, I will better make investment by myself. It is not only about trust, but also about money, we know all that mostly, money will sometimes end with soemthing complicated if we put them in other people. Expect that we invested in a company that has legality from law and we make a clear agreement under the law so that if something bad or wrong happens, we can use the law.

Don't be tempted by the promises that are made. they act as marketing, not pro traders, and of course their words are very sweet to hear, until finally they get customers who are in their grip. The part about the trader promising a fixed ROI each month should have been enough for your friend to tell that this was some kind of scam or that the trader did not knew what he was talking about, earning money in the markets every single month and to earn the same amount is simply impossible, take a look at the market, there are periods of time in which you can earn massive profits thanks to the bull markets, periods in which you lose money and periods in which you neither win or lose, anyone promising fixed monthly profits is too suspicious in my opinion.

There's no such thing that could beat up on having your own personal knowledge and skills specially in trading rather than on having or being a fan on looking for tips and hints about trading or other investment decisions.

Its better to have your own taking and decisions whether you do make out such action or not basing on what you do analyze.Losing investment could really go into various reasons.

Things like this has been happening long before Bitcoin even came to be. I can remember some of my friends who used to be into forex trading years back, and how they would give their money to some so called professional traders who would then waste their money on trading, and then they will run away and would be nowhere to be seen. And the funniest part is that there would be lots of people who would gather money and give to these so called professional traders, and they will just waste the whole money and scam everyone that invested into their hands.

There is no legit criteria to determine an individual's trading capabilities. Having streaks of good trades still doesn't guarantee one a professional trader. This is because all profit can still be blown down in a single day.

Signals are not bad but I recommend signals for traders and investors who do their own research and analysis. Following a signal blindly is similar to gambling. Well the most basic method to judge someone is the amount of profit (in %) they can earn in general. Ofc it probably isn't all, but if you were looking for the simplest metric, then that would be it imo.

Yea just don't. DYOR, stop trying to think that others would simply give you their research and study of the market. Think about it, that's a profiting strategy, would you willingly share it? Maybe a small number would, but a majority would never.
