Not every IEO are same. If you look at binance, they are a successful exchange and they are very selective in choosing what coins to host on thier launchpad. On the other hand LAToken, lets be open, is scam exchange involved in several scams. Any projects can pay to get listed there and they also come up with fake IEOs just to collect funds.

I am not an expert in IEO, but in the recent ICO hype I was one of the bounty hunters that have a lot of airdrops and have hoard tons of tokens to sell or hold when price does bounce or deplete, but the days of ICO have come to pass and the recent hype in those Tokens has ended I think it gets really congested and many investors were just ha enough with many newly ICO that don't have success with their project,

But I am not saying that IEO will be just like ICO, the decentralized project may not be popular right now but in my opinion, there are many Exchange sites right now the market might end up congested again and the new ones would not turn out successful like Binance, and much more successful IEO back then, but it is still your decision if you will invest or not if that IEO can have a unique flavor in it that people might like then it may end up successful.

I have been hearing bad reviews about Latoken so it's good that you have made this thread for consultation and, I think you should really think of it for many times before buying and joining the IEO there.
It's not successful anymore the new IEO but for the first projects that did it, they were the ones that became successful so, if I'll be on your side, I'll not be that excited to buy in there and the best option would be bitcoin but I don't know if you are short term and that's why you have chosen IEO.

With your question, I assume that you are a newbie (not newbie in rank but newbie in investing).

As they always say, IAYOR or Invest at your own risk. We can share some of our opinions here but take it as a grain of salt as always and just do some research before investing. In what I see and hearing with Latoken IEO, there are some times that they are conducting a scam projects. Even with Binance's IEO, it is shit and it is manipulated by the owner himself. Yes there are some IEO coins who are going up but most are going down very hard.

Anyway, my advice is that don't advice at this time if you really are a newbie (I'm thinking that you really aren't a newbie when it comes to investing).

LAToken is the largest garbage exchange, many scam projects are holding IEO there. If you follow IEO there it is certain you will not be able to get your money back.
If you are interested in joining IEO, it is better to choose large clear exchanges such as Binance, Huobi, Kucoin, etc.

no. Latoken is different from Binance exchange. Latoken is a small exchange and there are not many people trading there, besides Latoken often IEO for bad projects leads to many investors lose. The IEO trend is over and the game is much harder now. We should analyze the project and should only choose to buy IEO tokens on the big exchange. That's a way for us to secure our money.

It is wise to avoid this exchange. Yes Binance IEO is impressive but not all exchanges offering IEO will have the same results or even have the same token hike. This latoken market has proven to be manipulative on their result and dont have much succesful raised on their list of projects. Yes there are famous projects before but their popularity go down and no legit projects wanted to list on them aside from those willing to accept their unworthy service.

How many projects until now have not yet completed their set goals and this is not shocking knowing their platform have not much regular investors.
