Guys, what can be done to stop this scam? Any advise?

You have to show proofs here and it is now up to the user if they will stay away from it or not. Leasehold team can proceed with their project even with this existing allegation. So what you can do is show more tangible proofs about this accusation and let the users decide. Unless, you want to sue them in legal ways just to stop this project.

What I do not understand is Fortunecook is clearly the same person as fastcharger,

but why he posted such fake message between him and the CEO ?

Why does no one ask the question about his fake conversation with Reo Elliott? Its enough to show he is fake troll. I read somewhere he is Old Delegate on Lisk , that lost his mining position so now he tried to attack every project lisk makes, this is what the community tells when we asked there.

Looks like they continue making new profiles to promote their scam. Anyone who see someone speaking good about it is part of their team
