As soon as you told you from bitcointalk, they changed their tone and terms & condition 
They were probably fearing that if they try to scam you you will put a bad repute on this forum and that will hurt their business. So they cleared everything fast and quick.

I get what you are saying.

I was on the line with our support team and one of them obviously didn't realize you are coming from this forum. So there was misunderstanding regarding KYC.

To be precise, we do request KYC for players from certain countries, but that rule doesn't apply to players who come from Bitcointalk forum, unless there is a suspicion of bonus abusing or fraudulent activity. However, this was not case with your account, but rather human error by one of our support guys who didn't realize you are associated with Bitcointalk forum. As soon as I stepped in, we processed your payout instantly.

This was solely a mistake on our side, and I hope it won't happen ever again, so I do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

One more thing, verification deposit is required before first payout in case you made winnings on some free promotion. Which means that after you win on free spins or any other no deposit bonus, you will have to make at least $10 in crypto value and you will be able to cash out your winnings along with your verification deposit. We made an exception in your case due to occurred misunderstanding.

Why would you open a scam accusation against them when your issue has been resolved. Also the admin from CasinoAdrenaline.com has clarified everything on this thread too. So what is left to open a scam accusation against them ?

I think that there's no need to.

They have helped you and paid you which was verified by you.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is the reason whenever someone asks for help for a specific casino, we usually direct them to the main thread that they have here in the forum because it gets their attention if their on-site support isn't enough.

When your issue has been solved it's mean no accusation that you can do. Payment issue can be happen with other projects or company. When it solved and you get your money, its mean no reason for you to left any accusation. So, be careful with your accusation when it solve but you are still give a negative feedback, maybe no one will trust you in the future.

Why would it matter if you are a member from Bitcointalk.org. If they have restrictions on users coming from specific countries and you are from that country and using Bitcointalk..org, then nothing has changed. 

They were just scared that a negative post on this forum, where millions of Crypto currency users visit every day, would damage their reputation and they quickly reversed their decision. This forum is a excellent "watchdog" for companies and services that wants to scam people.

Also, when a bad review are posted on this site and potential new clients search for "site name + scam" in search engines like Google, they will see this and they might not signup for the site. 

Thank you for posting this, it just shows us how effective this forum is and how it helps to prevent scams.

it is certainly not a successful scam.. I mean, you got your funds (and this is very good one)
neither am I very convinced that it is right to open one scam accusation

I'm sure you should change that position though thread or write another one into scam accusation subforum
if only for information and cleaning

Well their support and how they handle it doesn't really seem so professional to me.
And CryCryptoCry was right it wasn't on their rules that we have to deposit $10 before we could cash out from their website so I would really  be cautious about this site too.
I also think that this is an attempted scam but as soon as they found out that their reputation would surely be destroyed instantly and couldn't attract more gambler they decided to fix it.

This is actually nice to hear, that Bitcointalk is so influential. Of course, the situation of this user.is bad but it's good that reputation of this forum helped him in his rights. This just shows how powerful this community has become within years, that even businesses are afraid of negative reputation that they might get here and how could that reflect their business. Good job!

Thank you very much for sharing your experience, when the sites allow withdrawals in that way it is because they clearly realized their mistake, they admitted it there, however, it should not be a priority to make previous deposits for the withdrawal, there is evidence that the site corrected such a rule that was never mentioned. Very well what CryptoCry did, it is known that negative comments in our forum represent a difficult mark to remove.

This sounds very unprofessional at best, and shady or scammy at worst.
