my question is: why no one does anything about my BTC deposit and why no one is trying to tell me that my deposit will appear, will show .. etc ?!

Your issues are with Erex, you've accused them of being a scam, people that will consider the accusations are true will tag the account and that's all. This is a discussion forum, not a courthouse!

You think they are scamming you, go to your police station and file a report!

Screaming like a madman, posting 5 times in a row, and spamming threads where others are discussing their own problems is not going to help you one bit.

I am wondering why peoples choosing this non reputed exchange who have bought domain  77 days back.

Because these shady exchanges are the only ones listing shitcoins that people get from bounties.
And users willing to get rid of them or buy some are forced to use them as the most reputable and established ones will not touch those tokens in a hundred years.

I too wonder how you could trust an exchange that has not one bit of information about it displayed anywhere.

the functioning of the site is completely to review ,

EREX.IO is managed by unprofessional and unethical people that have no clue about how to handle a business.
They are probably just some kids with some low-end developer behind the scenes.

They ASKED multiple Cryptocurrency Projects to allow them to list their projects on their "exchange".  

First, they have a very disgraceful language when it comes to their customers and their english level is something they learned in a video game and not in school or in a course.

Second, they have only one developer handling the technical part which does not answer DM when he doesn't want to.  

Third, their team of moderators and admins are parts from other projects, like MNPro and others.

Fourth, they created dedicated-channels for each coin they listed and they are spamming on discord each channel with their other favorite projects and any other non-sense.

Fifth, if you do not agree with their vision you are called different names and you are told to move on and then you are muted.

Sixth, they do not run a legally compliant company and they are not providing any information about their legal status, therefore any attempt of exist-scam from them will be successful!


They will not allow any free speech on their discord unless it is a mockery of some project or someone who supports their disgraceful vision.
Their team is not impartial and is not proving any intend of answering support questions, they are just fooling around and asking people to shut up.
They do not make any announcement prior to putting in maintenance-mode a certain wallet, giving no information to people and when their customers ask about it they are rushed to the "Contact" section of their website where pretty much nobody answers.

My conclusion: they are a group of low-level individuals, trying to fake the looks of an exchange, just looking for a good time to exit-scam.

They will be able to track down the domain's owner and at least question him about some taxes that should be paid to the Russian Government for their activity and also ask about their legal status.

This exchange is new and doesn't have any volume at all, only listing some shitcoins, they should provide some legal information about the services they are doing it's not the first time I see complaints about that exchange, on discord I see a lot.

Yes I can confirm there is a BIG WARNING against this exchange.

I am not able to login anymore in my account or to retrieve my password.
I am pretty sure of the password and email used for registration but I receive the message "WRONG EMAIL OR PASSWORD".
It seems they ask for "retrieve code" but clearly I have never setup / never received in my email.
I send a message to receive assistance but they didn't reply.

Inside there are roughly 30k satoshi of a new altcoin*... not too much but is an exchange has serious problem managing very low amount of money ... mmm it's hard to believe they are able to manage decent sum of money at this point. *(Last week when I tried to login this amount was around 0,001-0,002 btc...)

Their topic is full of complaints and despite this is a self-moderated topic they are not deleting/ replying .

yes, this exchange is a scam as my deposit not added to my wallet after 72 hours and nobody answers anything on their discord they make fun of people like people owe them and never answer anything besides just telling you to use the contact page of the site and wait in the line for your answer if any come to you. I personally fill the contact form as they asked for but still 72 hours and nobody answers anything. as I read and see some coin which added into their shit exchange asked their users to withdraw from the exchange as their developers didn't answer them at all for weeks and lots of customers complain about what they doing and scared about losing their coin

This exchange is NOT  a scam, and YES it could has some issues sometimes which is totally normal! It even happens on Binance nothing is perfect.

Personally i never had any issues, withdraws, deposits, everything works perfectly.

The admins are humans, it's not a team like Binance or other big exchange will billions of volume with a team of hundred of people 24/24 online, so calm down and give them the time to answer you. You are not alone, there are probably hundred of people before you in queue waiting already!

Most of the time, all you have to do is just clean your internet browser cache and/or log out then log in back. But people just complains and call scam everything when it can be them who are just too stupid to realize they did a mistake or they're just too paranoid.

yes they are not like Binance and they never are but when you deposit a coin and you had to wait 4 days to just see if they like to put into your account or not and go ask their live support which looks like you are one of them and they just laugh at you and just tell you to wait in the line and after that, they just say hey we answer every question you asked goodbye and just like each other post this is not normal exchange. goo look at other exchanges and see how they proceed before you come here and say just clear your cache for this matter. this is not issued on web site this is an issue inside their core and this is not you can not open the web site anything come to your wallet after long waiting days. when people deposit they deposit to buy something at a good price not after a few days the price goes up and you lose your chance to buy something.

People complaining that their deposit/withdrawal is missing and nobody even talks with them.  A bunch of Ukraino-Ruso scammers.

Long story short, I am not able to login with password, they require a PIN to reset my account but it was never ask to set up or it wasn't sent to my email.  I opened a ticket some weeks ago and I have also posted in their "moderated" topic.

I have not received any answer, since we are talking about recovering an account with crypto inside, at this point with no replies we are talking about a scam exchange.

Anyway, stick to reputable exchanges. They may cost more but you have that peace of mind.

No I don't get any serious loss check my message quoted. I am upset for the way they managed this situation .
If you can't login in a site, no reply or without a logic way to retrieve a password it's pretty annoying.
But I see the positive point, they scammed " a beer and pizza" and probably now they can't scam "serious" amount of money from other users.

People use these exchanges to avoid KYC, which goes against the fundamentals of crypto. Without regulation, I would never touch KYC for most exchanges. However, regulation brings government control of crytpo. Exchanges like this, if legit, are also good for small upcoming coins without funds to list on exchanges that rape you with fees like HitBTC.

So government control or not seems that these platforms help foster a first stop to a decentralization "road" so to speak. I've never heard of that Erex exchange though.

I remember the first platform I traded on was hitbtc, and thought those were regular fees in all platforms. I dealt with EOS back then so the fees were actually not bad at all, got surprised to use the lowest fee tokens on this platform and see that other platforms charged more for it. As for other coins on this one I've seen that it's better to make a single big withdrawal instead of small ones to help with the brunt of the cost.
