I always say immediately to buy Ethereum under $200 at the time and sure enough now Ethereum reaches $230. I hope this will be the first step for Ethereum to return, but keep preparing to go down when Bitcoin comes back down later. I think right now I can afford to buy some or can wait down again

ETH will rise again no doubt with that but it will take years again like on the past bull run when eth reaches $1k+ in 2018. Etheream is longterm investment like bitcoin, the best thing to do is wait until the next bull, but it's hard to predict when will it happen again.

l agree with your opinion about that, it is just the best time to collect some ETH till the price of ETH increases. But if l understood true 1k price of ETH, it is just exaggeration for me that is why this price is so far from ETH maybe for this time. However, l believe ETH can reach 300-400$ till the end of the year. Maybe when BTC starts increasing, we will see that altcoin start rising up either. It seems BTC doesn't want to reach 10k and more.
