You got farther than I did. Cannot even get the Pi to boot using their image. Get an error from the keyboard that isn't even plugged in.

You might be using an old image.
The config file might not have the right user rights.

If you're up for it you can change this by going in the PI with putty or some other ssh client program.

go to the PI IP address: login with pi
pw hashra

and type in this command

Code:
sudo chown -R www-data /var/www/config

The above command gives the apache user the ownership of the config directory.
and then just for good measures type this so everybody in the same group can change the file.

Code:
sudo chmod -R 755 /var/www/config

Hope that helps

Where did you get the image? was it pre installed on the SDCard?
I have a feeling you have a very old image (of the SD card, not the controla).

There was a bug in the usb drivers making the pi crash everytime. You need to update your PI OS to another branch

so login to your PI and type in this code. it will take a while and then reboot.

Code:
sudo BRANCH=next rpi-update

Still having issues, not all my miners are being picked up in the WebUI and then it goes ahead and shuts down (the UI does but it still seems to be mining). Had a similar issue when working with Scripta, but it seems the latest Hashra firmware has new login information...

I'm giving this image (w/ ver 1.2.5 update) a try on a few of my GS. One problem, I can't seem to login to ssh.

None of these worked:

pi/hashra
pi/controla
pi/raspberry
hashra/controla
hashra/hashra
root/hashra
root/controla
root/raspberry

Suggestions?
