actually the possibilities of Growth is there so if Lucky that the 2.0 version of Ethereum event will come together with Bitcoin halving(in which happening now) can make you gaining but of course the assurance cannot be there as volatility of market is always there.

Yes, most of the articles that I've read that's the minimum requirement. But if you are one of those who bought it somewhere around $20-$80 that's a fair price. Still, that's ethereum and the current price makes it quite expensive.

It's a better and cheaper coin I'd guess to have it on stake. Dash requires you around $72k to earn passively through its masternode.

Always think positive and wait If Ethereum goes down within the semicircle the market will go up. the rationale for the dump is that the large will rise await the update but don't lose money.

The eth staking does not really impress me because the speculations at this time shows staking returns on sliding scale from 18.10% down to 1.56% depending on how many ETH are being staked, this i consider too low for an annual investment, it can be however be profitable if the eth price really appreciate.

But to give you an idea, Tezos looks ok for me. Neo is also a good one at least for me but I never had it.
