I can only say that the whole situation with the pandemic is temporary. Many people lost their jobs, some lost their loved ones, but life does not end there. Soon the situation will settle down and countries will gradually begin to restore the standard of living of their citizens.
It would really be a never ending situation and there's always a rainbow after a storm and people should really have this kind of mindset.Yes, it isn't simple as it sounds but we need to.

We cant just sit and wait for us to die in hunger or being sick due to depression or worrying up too much.We should move forward and find out on things that we must do.

Make yourself able to handle out this very hard situation because every problem does have its own solution. This is indeed a temporary situation.

The pandemic has been 2 years and until now at the beginning of the year it happened again with a new virus, sometimes I think, does the COvid virus exist?
During the pandemic, many people are getting closer to God, and are more busy with positive but productive things so that they still get money to live.
OP from what you wrote, I think it only applies to rich people, not to people with low-income economies, where the poor are still struggling to find a bite of rice to live, in contrast to the rich clan who have spare funds but it will eventually run out

poor people are more afraid of the dangers of hunger than thinking about this virus that seems endless. therefore they still struggle to get food every day and interact with other people. poor people are used to living hard, so they seem to have antibodies naturally, while those who work in the room will find it more difficult to survive in situations like this.

Coronavirus does exist. Thousands of people are dying in it every day.  New variants are constantly transitioning. I don't know when this bad situation will end and when we will be released.
Although a large part of the people of COVID was devout, the number of people suffering from mental stress is not less. Many of the students who have spent 16 long months under house arrest are mentally disturbed, the number of suicides has also increased comparatively. Many people have lost their jobs. Lack of resources has made it difficult for many to manage their daily lives.

I developed PTSD after a coronavirus. It's a very scary thing and should definitely not be started. So I immediately started looking into what it is and what I should do about it. I found very good material here https://drmental.org/blog/ptsd on the subject and at least figured out what direction I needed to go to get over it. It was the only way I could get out of this creepy condition. I hope it's helpful for you as well.
Hope that you're well now and I think that the link alone would be enough to help you because I believe PTSD needs to have a constant therapy if you want it somewhat treated. I'm happy that I didn't experience this but I still feel bad that some people have to go through with this mental distress which is obviously problematic. To everyone experiencing this kind of problem, don't be afraid consulting a specialist.

No doubt that covid can cause more mental illness than the physical effects. When your positive with covid, you will get cured and your body will go back to normal but the trauma that it can cause you in your mind is going to stay there for a long time or even for a lifetime.

Although this doesn't sounds right but covid has done something good to the humanity and that is more people are now have faith or are now more closer to god. This makes them survive until now. God is truly powerful because he can give answers to the prayers of the people that he thinks have a sincere faith with him . rest assure that covid can still end and our lives can return to normal.

None of us know when we will be able to breathe in a COVID free world. When will I live free from the panic of the virus?

Many are mentally disturbed while living in lockdown, especially students. You know, educational institutions have been closed for about 18 months since the coronavirus infection. And a number of teenage students have suffered from depression at home for a long time. Many have chosen to commit suicide because of stress.

We are all hoping for this pandemic to end and would go back into our normal lives yet its been couple of years we are on this situation on which it do feels that
we are tied on the neck. Now there are already some signs that it would turn out to be endemic which is at least a good news for us that this problem
or crisis we are facing is slowly going down.

It seems like we are at the end now, but cases are now going up again, so i guess not really. It definitely not as bad  as last year. So im probably gonna say last year was peak and this year is where it declines since lots of people have already been vaccinated. Well, lets just hope and pray that this pandemic crisis will totally end up and getting back to normal..  Smiley

it is very important that people master a lifestyle that is free from stress.

Although I know that this wouldn’t be as easy as some would think it is, it’s a difficult thing because every day we all get to face some situations that can change our mood and even make us to think so much about it.

But, we should learn not to worry a lot about things, and if something happens we should try to always move on and not go into overthinking or stressing too much about it, because there’s no amount of stressing that can change whatever that has happened, so we should learn to live our life making sure that we have Peace of Mind and we also have control over our life.

Well, we haven’t really come to an end of the coronavirus. But right now, I will say that things are far much better than when it began. At first, it was really worse than what it is now, and due to the fact that the world is experiencing it for the first time things were so disorganized and there was no treatment or vaccine for it, and also the world had to go on a lockdown and that prevented a lot of things and people were also facing hunger and at the same time they were afraid of the virus, and afraid of going out.

But, now I wouldn’t say that people are afraid of it, although we are also trying to do whatever possible to prevent spreading the virus further, but it is now less severe than it used to be then.

As simple as it to said to keep yourself well, be mentally strong but In reality, things are not so simple. There are so many situations in our lives when we are emotionally broken, there is no one to give us mental support. It's hard to be emotionally strong in that moment, it's hard to overcome that situation.

It wouldnt be directly to happen but at least we are really seeing some progress that it is really lessening and we've been hoping until the day comes that we would really be going back into
our normal lives again which wont really be relying with face mask and face shield. It is true that most people now are vaccinated which it is less likely that this virus would really mutate once
again into some other variant which hopefully it wont happen because we would really be going back to the start if it do happens.

I believe scientists are already looking into possible mutations of other variants.
Because they have seen that this covid-19 virus has mutated to other variant like omicron.
With our evolving technology today, I strongly believe that they will find ways how to address this problem of humanity.
This covid virus will soon be endemic to the global scale. And hoping that we will slowly gain our lives back to normal.
But wearing face mask, I think, will just be a part of our normal day to day life. It may soon not be compulsory but people will wear it for the sake of safety precautions.

Coronavirus came as a shock to the whole world and the impact was greatly felt, lots of people lost their loved ones as a result of the pandemic, it was a very hard blow for many people which caused trauma to many, it is good you are seeking medical advice and help on your issue,  that is the major step towards getting better, you should be persistent with the treatment so you can overcome the trauma.

It is very unfortunate the world had to experience such a difficult moment, I was very scared because of the uncertainty of what will happen if things will ever be the same again, scared of getting it, but thankfully I or none of my family members contracted it.

Unfortunately, the world had to experience such a difficult moment, I was very scared because of the uncertainty of what will happen if things will ever be the same again, scared of getting it, but thankfully I or none of my family members contracted it.

It was a very traumatic experience for every family around the world. Unfortunately, our whole family has contacted it and we experienced all the worst symptoms of this virus but we're able to surpass it. What I have realized is, we have to stay optimistic during this crisis because if we'll be emotionally weak, our bodies will also be affected. I'm sure that this pandemic will be over soon and this too shall pass.

During the first phase of the pandemic it is very hard and scary because we don't know what to do the said virus is everywhere. We're worry about our family, children and our grandparents who have possibly taken by virus. We're emotionally, physically and financially stressed about it.
But, if we have Faith in God nothing is impossible , always pray and talk to him that we could passed this pandemic.

The pandemic changed a lot around the world, it affected our human interactions and changed the pattern of business, brought in isolation and social distancing cutting down social gatherings and lots more. Watching after each other and adhering to the laid down covid-19 rules is the only option to survive and stay fit

This is the period where the whole world stopped for more than a year. We gained sufferings, traumas, learnings in life and realizations that alter our way of life. It will be years before we can say we are going back to normal or should I say, our new normal will be different. But time and time again, humanity is fighting for any problem that we are embarking with. Even known personalities that you think won't suffer mental health problems (because they have all the money not to get hungry during this crisis), are also suffering anxiety or depression. So I believe, we have our own troubles to deal with. We can't judge anyone for what they are experiencing in life.

No doubt that covid can cause more mental illness than the physical effects. When your positive with covid, you will get cured and your body will go back to normal but the trauma that it can cause you in your mind is going to stay there for a long time or even for a lifetime.

Me and almost all my family members have been exposed to covid except my father so we need to self-isolate at home. When isolated, there was a lot of moral, social and even material support provided by all of my neighbors and even the local government, so we are grateful that our mental health is maintained.
Even when we recovered, we didn't experience any trauma or anything like that and were able to mingle in society again like before. Maybe my family and I are a lucky example, hopefully those out there who when Covid mental health are not as lucky as us may be given strength and happiness.
